Sorry Betty, thought I got back to you on this post, yeah I've been on metformin for about 11years. My body tolerates it well. I just think the less medication the better while on cd, your liver and kidneys working hard enough as it is lol poor organs! !! I do take when I eat a chicken salad meal though.

That's the problem with cd, when there is a life crises there's no where to go, you can hardly binge on bloody shakes can you,? lol, so food hits the spot! But actually it doesn't does it, then we still have the crises and the feeling of failure on top of the original crises, phew!!!! That was long winded, in short.... Don't eat xxx

Morning yay! The suns here!!!

Got cookery today, at work, not for me! I cook perfectly
Then home, little flit around the house, then this evening I'm meeting a friend ( yes RK I have more of them lol ) Haha, I'm very lucky and her grown up daughters 24 and 17 want to come, really sweet actualy because they been asking next time we meet can they come because they haven't seen me for ages! How nice is that I'm very very lucky with my friends, sometimes I think omg, how did I get such lovely friends?! Gushy !!!! I don't care, you could've skipped that bit if you wanted!!!

They say laughter is the best therapy,
Well I must be cured! Cos I honestly laughed sooo much last night!!! Good times xxx

I just had coffee with a friend (yes I found one!!!!) and just off to Nordic walk with others. Came back from coffee to find message from another - friends obviously like buses don't hear anything then lots happen at once!!

I'm going to be so good at harvester! I can't go through that again! I wouldn't be able to. Tbh, it was only coming on here that kept me from eating! that, and knowing if I want to make it to high tea, I need to do this xxx having that in my mind kept me going xxx

I'm going to be so good at harvester! I can't go through that again! I wouldn't be able to. Tbh, it was only coming on here that kept me from eating! that, and knowing if I want to make it to high tea, I need to do this xxx having that in my mind kept me going xxx

Good idea - we'll never get to Paris if you go off track again so wear a beret to remind yourself or dress up like a cream bun if you prefer the high tea option then you can't forget
