They're lovely out the freezer as ice cream I got some tetras this week they're good for the weekend but will be gettin plenty to take on hols as they easy x

I ate yesterday, feel groggy and tired today, so paying the price!
Was at a wedding so didn't sit at home and binge, just joined in the social event like a normal person. Back on shakes today. Social events are always hard x

Had lovely time, hmmm, food, not great, had pasta, I was just going to nibble my salad and Brie starter then give pasta a miss and sneak off for a tetra. But I was sat next to the mother of the bride and it was a very close friend getting married, very small restaurant, was a bit hard really. Feel crap today though, tired and bloated. So looking forward to flushing carbs out and feeling empty again x
