Know when to say no ...

Morning very short and simple today, but powerful. How many times have we said yes when we should say no?! Cakes and food. But also in life, the amount of times I've say ok to something then gone home and kicked myself are unreal. Extra work or doing something I dint want to.
There is nothing wrong with saying NO more often xxx

Do I want eggs up my fanchie?
No
