Yes I didn't let mine read it either - I borrowed from a friend & gave them back pronto so he didn't get a chance to read them!!!!

Discipline is remembering what you want..

Short and sweet today, but to the point, sometimes on cd I forget I'm doing it for the end result and concentrate too much on just loosing weight.
I Want to be size 12, if I'm disciplined I'll become a size 12, if I'm not I won't x
How simple is that to remember, do it or don't do it. x
