Have had a lovely morning so far... did 45 mins of step & boxing on the wii fit this morning & have spent a couple of hours outside in the sunshine digging soil to put in our new raised beds for our veggie patch... should've burnt some calories today!!
Haven't changed too much in my diet today
B: natural yogurt.
L: chorizo, rocket, tomato & mayo
D: lamb & roquefort burgers, leeks mushrooms & onions slow fried in butter.
I'm wondering how much difference the statins will make?? Surely low carb & low fat = hungry??
