Thanks hun... blood sugars are fine again, to the point where I'm not really checking them again coz I know I don't need too!

Just had a lush low carb pitta for lunch with some coronation tuna... suitably satisfied now!

Thanks Hope... just got asked by a couple of Mum's at the school how she'd got on & I filled up with tears... they then assumed the worst but I had to tell them they were tears of joy!

Can't wait to see her later when she picks the kids up... we snuck round before school & have left a bottle of champers at her house for her to enjoy this evening!
