I've just spent a lovely hour wandering around my favourite garden centre, picked up some plants for the kids to give Paul on sunday for Fathers day... only problem is where the heck do I hide them?? Didn't think of that did I!!

Yay.. how exciting!

I'd like yr advice pls Jim... as you know I started this round of Atkins in January & apart from last month have pretty much been on induction since starting with the odd days of slipping up! I have had points of upping my carbs but then usually have had a weekend off track & gone back to induction!

Do you think I can stay on induction longer especially as I had last month off plan or should I start moving up the rungs?

I'm not bored with induction & know that I can up my carbs to 30g without any probs if I needed to on certain days.

So what would your thoughts be please?? xx

well I stayed on induction for 6 months Linz, but you haven't done it for 6 straight months have you love. I'd give it another month and then see how you're doing myself.

Morning all...

A touch jaded today, too many vodka-ka-ka's last night but the good thing is that its helped erase the memory of a terrible football match!

Had a lovely day otherwise... both kids had their sports days yesterday so we were out in the sunshine all day! Amalie sat on my lap all thru her sports day did not want to partake in anything at all! Jacob was an absolute star... as excited when he came 3rd as he was when he came 1st & just congratulating everyone at the end of the race! Love him!

Tomorrow is Fathers Day & we'll be heading over to my folks house for a BBQ with my sister & her wee ones too... should be fab & looking forward to seeing old lardy pants Solly!!
