linz...do you know how silly you sound? hard work and determination is what has got you to where you are now.....a friend of mine got declined a gastric op because she is a lazy fecker that has not tried properly to lose weight on her own and hasnt proven that she can change her eating habits.....

a colleague of mine in my old job...had her gastric and chose to only eat half of her maccys cheeseburger for lunch every day rather than the full big mac meal supersized like normal....

see the difference between them and you?

youce done fabulous and you wouldnt be where you are if you werent committed to losing weight and looking hot xxx

Morning all.... well if there's ever a way to make a girl feel good in the morning its to come on here & see the posts you guys have made! You lot make my heart smile... thank you!

Better nights sleep managed 5 hours last night, don't feel too bad, bit headachey but getting the water down me will help with that, its the bags under my eyes that are less able to be saved!!

You are determined, wonderful and amazing and im truly blessed to have found a friend like you.
BTW you had better get shopping Linz....you still have 37.5 lbs to go and thats got to be a smaller size!
I know what you mean about being the same weight as before but a different shape but thats age im afraid !

I was thinking last night that if I'd never had a weight problem I would have missed out on some amazing people in my life & am very thankful for all the friends I have made & looking forward to meeting the majority of you in March!

I think that too Linz, I was thinking what a pants year 2010 had been, and then realised that I wouldn't have made so many new friends through this forum - who have welcomed me and made me so much more happy and optimistic about the future.

Linz I just have to echo what everyone else has said. You have done amazingly well and will continue to do so. The op was just a boost to what you were already doing and you havent chosen to eat whatever you want since which so many others do. Have you seen the pics of Vanessa Feltz recently? Compared to her losses you are doing phenomenally well which is because you are working hard to get there.

Dont ever put down what you have acheived because it is amazing.
