Ohhhhhhh god lording hell - we are so short staffed at the mo it's unreal ... Been doin the work of 3 people this whole week - been non stop since I walked in .. My boss sent me home early today to thank me for working my ass off - an hour early to be precise .. Better than nowt eh ;) .. And better than doin another hour of work :) it's guna be the same again tomo - I feel like iv been kicked n punched around after all the walking etc iv been doin - my feet have smoke comin off em ;) hope everyone is well xxx

Lol - I think I was too good tbh ..... Arghhhhh .. Chickpeas ???!!!! And boiled rice !! ***** .. I give up ......... My fella got naan and starters ... I can be a right idiot sometimes eh :( xx

Awww dude :( Maybe have a couple of days off?

When I think "why do I bother" I imagine how much weight I would put on if I wasn't following SW. I have lost a lot though - has taken me over 3 years to get where I am. But my weight plateaued a while back. But yeah, just imagine where you'd be if you weren't eating healthily?!
It's rough that your weight wont budge even though you're on treatment for your health issues. Must be so frustrating :(

Have a big *hug* and try not to let it get you too down.xx
 
No matter what those scales say you've done really well. You should list all the positive things losing weight has done for you, all the NSVs and focus on them. It might be you're toning up so you're fitter a day slimmer but it not showing on the scales. Like cheekychinchilla said where would you be if you weren't eating healthily. Keep your chin up, it will happen and you should be proud of what you've achieved so far x x x x :bighug:
