♥ .. Ruby's GREEN & RED Day's .. ♥

So I forgot to add that I lost 0.2kg on Saturday (LOL) which takes me to 135lb - iv been loosin half a pound for almost 3 weeks now .... So yeah that's how slow my losses are ... It's so pitiful isn't it but maybe - just maybe Ile be at target for feb next yr :) or ile be stuck still loosin the next half a pound haha! X
 
My losses were good at first but slowed down dramatically. Over the last year I've probably been losing and gaining the same half a stone and then in recent months gaining and losing the same 2lbs!
It's one of the things that triggered me thinking I may have a thyroid problem! So I really do feel your pain, I do. And it's SO frustrating!!!xx

You wouldn't think something so small would have such a big effect! Like the bloody useless appendix! Doesn't do anything, you wouldn't know it was there until it starts to explode :p
It is frustrating though, it really is! And I do feel for you. When it gets bad for me I'll usually have a bit of a blow out, then tell myself off, then get back to it lol.
It's odd now coz in previous years of SW (been at it over 3 years!) when I gained I found it very hard to lose that gain. But now if I gain I seem to lose it quickly enough, but never get past a certain point. Don't think I've managed to get below 71kg's, no matter how good or bad I do. I put on 10lb's (ridiculous!) when I went to Sweden - who puts weight on in the Arctic?! But lost it within two weeks, but still couldn't get past that 71kg mark.
Bizarre isn't it?!
I'll stop rambling now. Just find it odd the way our bodies do stuff. Or don't do stuff ;) x

No exactly what ya mean - I did ww last year - I couldn't get past 9stone 3 ..... Drove me insane ....... It's maybe our bodies way of saying - NO, I like you as you are .. Hehe! Shame we don't agree !! X

Yeah I am wondering if this is where my body is comfortable. But I'm just out of the healthy weight range. And because of my heart and whatever else is going on I would really like to be within the healthy BMI. Then I can look at toning and stuff rather than just weight loss. Well, when I can stand up or move my head I can look at exercising again :p

I would LOVE to get to 10st, but I don't know how likely that is. Hopefully when they work out what's wrong with me and they can make me feel better it might help with my weight.
You know one of the things I'm suffering from is too high cortisol? Apparently a major indication/side effect of that is gaining wait around your middle. How bizarre is that?! And that's the bit that's been bugging me most recently. How odd?! x

Oh wel atleast you no its not specifically you and your diet plan that's sabotaging the loss etc .... My tum is my problem area too - iv got yer typical fatty tum & always have had - maybe my cortisol is deranged too ...... As its connected to the thyroid & pancreas ..... Hmmmm!
I think you get to a point where you give up wishing on a weight and learn to accept your bodies levels (I haven't reached that yet lol)

Your welcome bee :) I'm havin some tomorrow ... Just to let you It's syned but the only syns is the almond breeze & that is 4 syns ... But, There's way too much to eat it all in one go and iv portioned mine so I don't have to syn - alternatively if you wanted to eat it all - almond breeze can be used as your hexa - which your allowed a massive 875mls (I think, could be more) so minimal syns ... Enjoy :) xx
 
Yummy breakfast, not had rice pudding in ages will have to make some now lol. I'm sure your weight will budge, we all have weeks where you just can't lose no matter what you do. Just think at least it's not a gain. My belly after 3 c-sections is like a jelly ha ha ha ha x x

I like the High Veg Pasta N sauce Mediterranean one :) The Country Veg one is ok. And the other tomato one's really nice too - the one Ruby had. Haven't seen them on offer anywhere recently and I refuse to pay almost £1 for a packet of pasta :p
