Heaven only knows why i'm up so darn early today! Yesterday i only had 4.5 hours sleep. Last night i had 5 ... I knew i wouldnt get much this weekend :giggle:

Today is an afternoon on the v&c's at the horse races so food wise:

Sunday 18th July

B- oatsosimple porridge with 1tsp sugar. banana.

*before the races im going to have: 3 or 4 wholegrain crackerbreads with some lf salad cream, chicken roll and cucumber slices.

Oh, AND that curly wurly!!! (not that its that exciting with the toblerone i had yesterday!;))

*handful of cheese savory thingys

Hey girlie, thats not enough to soak up that vodka - you know that, and you will probably be looking for something else. But, hey you, well done on resisting that curly wurly bar until today - I dont think I could have been as strong.

Hope you are having a fantastic day, and won loads of money too. If you have, shove it in a piggy bank for your trip to wherever we end up meeting in sometime in 2011........lol.

Aye girls. Brill day. I went with £40 came home with £60 and even bought a train ticket and some drinks! Pretty good day! So planning on a night in hotel on sunday for the bfs birthday! :D

Yesterday had hardly any food and im paying for it today as im staaaaaaaaaaarving so have already had:

*packet wheat crunchies
*cocktail sausages with LF lemon and corriander hummous
*date and walnut slice
*salt & vinegar share bag with some lf hummous (shared with the bf!)

D- 2 turkey mince burritos.

*maoams & 3 squares chocolate

To top off my day, some maoams and 3 squares of 85% coca chocolate.

Will take some fruit to work to stop me caving to the machines. I had to have a serious chat with myself earlier to stop me going to the shop and getting a munch.

Tomorrow is another day, hopefully not a complete write off like today! :giggle:
 
good you had a win on the horses. It's always nice to come out on top after a few flutters. you seem to have the munchies in a bad way girl. Get that under control pronto!!! Methinks you are starting to slip into using any old excuse to eat the wrong foods!!! Not like the uber focused Tanya!!
 
Am not using excuses to eat food - there are no excuses. I'm the one lifting my hand to my mouth! It's not like im being forced.:rotflmao:

Not everyone can be uber focused 24/7! :sigh:

All good today girls, besides the fact it has been absolutly pi**ing down alllllllllllll day!

Got a massive craving for toast and peanut butter so thinking maybe later i will try a crackerbread with peanut butter on ... :hmm:

Tuesday 20th July

*c25k week 5 day 1

B- all bran & s.s milk, banana.

L- baked haddock, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, chickpeas & sweetcorn. Sweet chilli sauce. tbsp pickle.

D- 3 wholegrain crackerbreads with peanut butter. apple. lf yog.

*honeydew melon in work
*few polos in work
*2 slices deli ham when i got home

*1 litre water
*2 black coffee & sweetener

Much better day Tan, well done hun.
Shame about the weather keeping you from your couch to 5k, thats the only downside.
 
Yer. Keeping an eye on it and if it lightens a bit i will still go aslong as its before it gets dark. No later that 9:15pm.

If not i will do it in the morning after work, weather dependant. Think im guna have to join the company's gym for days like this so i can go and use their treadmills. x
 
I used to go to the gym a few years ago, but it was only ever the treadmill I used. So it was a bit of a waste of money. Thats when I decided to buy one, its really good (when I use it)
