Ours aint too bad. I think its £8 a month as its the Royal Mail gym which is only a 2 minute drive from my house. Im guna need to as come winter i dont want to be running in the dark.

The rain looks like its stopping ........ :fingerscrossed:
 
Yep it's a brill price!

The rain had lightened up enough for me to get out and do c25k week 5 day 1 :)

Loved it!
This week it's different each day. Tomorrow is 2x 8minute runs and then day 3 is a 20min run!!!!!! :eek:

Oddly im quite looking forward to it. Today was the first time i felt myself 'fitter'. I was running and it wasnt hurting, i didnt feel out of breathe so somethings working! :giggle:
I've already told myself if for any reason i can't do it its not the end of the world and i will repeat the week but am determined to crack it! :D

Good luck on the 20 minute run. I might download this myself and use it on my mp3 player - can I do that?
 
Tanya, do you have the link for the free download? I dont have an Iplayer, but I have an mp3 player, can you put it onto that to listen to?

Deffo start tomorrow, seeing as I didnt really do anything tonight on the treadmill, only managed about 10 minutes.

I love the podcasts mary - the music is a little odd but i love the fact he tells you when to run and when to walk etc :) x

Edit to add i couldnt just have 1 crackerbread with pb i had 3! :eek: Although only about a tbsp of pb over the 3 :) yum yum!!!

Its NOT a good idea, even numbers look strange on the plate, always better to have an odd number. Just that I am odd, thats why I had an even number..........hahahahaa.
 
:rotflmao: Ya know what you've made me think about it now .... with my salad i always have an odd number of slices of cucumber, cut my tom into odd chunks and have an odd number of spoonfulls of sweetcorn and chickpeas ..... what strange creatures we are!!! :giggle:

Isnt there some sort of theory around this? something to do with the chinese/japanese culture ... im sure of seen it on a cooking programme at some point! x
