Wednesday 8th June

B- 2slices toast with jam. slice of ham, chunk of cheese, apple juice.
full english: 1poached egg, 1rasher bacon, 1/2 sausage, hogs pudding slice, button mushroom, 1/2 grilled tom.

L-KFC!!! :drool: fully loaded box meal (fillet burger, 1piece of chicken, large chips & small beans) followed swiftly by a mars bar!!!!

D-take some fruit with me to work.

Succombed to KFC - not much persuasion needed today. Plus I had a mars bar after. Bloody luscious :)

Was planning on a run tomorrow but looks like i've got a shift so run friday.
 
Omg love ur account of ur race well done Hun!! It's some journey u've taken to get to this point! I hope ur very proud of ur achievements xxx

Today's the day! 2 meal bars & 1meal.
I will have some fruit if I get hungry or if like today it's going to be a long day (when I'm up early for eg) although i am going to try get more sleep lol

Got a shift so going to run tomorrow. Itching to get back to it now. 1run in 10days is not ideal.

Thursday 9th June

*4mile run (46.06)

B- meal bar

L- mushroom rissotto with a side salad. lf yog.

Which meal bars are you using Tanya? Exante or Liptrim? You will be fine. How is day 1 going so far then? I know you will be fine on it.
 
Your photos were great hun- you looked lovely. The venue looked really nice as well.
I had a chicken burger last night as well. Must have been something in the air!

Bev, i'm just using the Tesco meal replacement bars. Think I will be fine today as i've got a shift so that'll keep me away from the cupboards!! :p

I bit the bullet and went for a 4mile run. Was led in bed, couldnt get back to sleep and was feeling real guilty about having only ran once since the race so I just went lol Wore my new sports bra - tis v.v. comfy! Run wasnt too bad - my right calf was sore after the 3mile mark, that started during the 1/2 marathon and I thought it was cramp so I will keep an eye on that.

Have just booked in for my pre-holiday waxing; eyebrows, legs & underarms and have also booked in to have my nails done :D excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p
 
Oooo how is having your under arms waxed? Is it painful??
I've got an epilator which I love but don't know if I'm brave enough to go there yet!
 
I duno not had it done before lol
I've had my legs done before & that was fine an I get my brows done every 2/3weeks so hardly even feel that lol

I'm hoping the underarms don't hurt that much!! :giggle:
 
I always used to get mine sugared, similar to waxing and I found it fine.

EPILATOR :wave_cry::wave_cry::wave_cry: NEVER, I bought one many years ago and promptly gave it to my friend, THAT IS AGONY :D
 
LOL Mary - I tried one of them once as well, for about 30 seconds!! Good old razor for me on legs & underarms. Used to pluck eyebrows but eventually the hairs took the hint and stopped regrowing and for holidays if **ahem** 'anywhere else' needs attention it's Nair hair removal cream for me :)
