♥ ~ Tanya's Maintainence Diary ~ Year 2 ~♥

Shift wasnt too bad - the belly rumbled a few times. Can't wait for my bar!!!

Had my underarms waxed once, not too bad really. It was the first time I'd had any waxing done, also had my legs done. Wasn't pleased with the results at all so wont be having it done again.

When are you going on hols then Tanya? I think it's a couple of days before me.

Ah waxing is fine once your beautician is good at it. Mine is ace and the results give me four weeks easily. I hate the smell of the hair removal stuff and nick myself with razors. You'll be smooth as a baby's bottom once your done!!!

I go on the 26th :character00180: :character00238:

Slept so much last night. It was bloody lovely, I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

I'm racking my brains here trying to figure out where I can get my 3 runs in next week. Monday i've got my front desk duty, tuesday evening i've got training, which means I might have to run 3days in a row as saturday i think I have a full night shift duty and so sunday I doubt very much i'll want to run. Aaaaahhhhhh Think I might have to squeeze it in Monday after my nap after front desk duty. And then i've got to start the 30day shred.... :sigh:

Friday 10th June

L- 2boiled eggs, wafer thin ham lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe, sweetcorn, 2 boiled pots. light salad cream.

Just entered the Plymouth 10k!!!!!

Sunday 2nd October ...... 16weeks to go :D

Well done for entering that - that'll keep you focussed :) - scarey to think it's only 16 weeks to October though

I've seen this 30 day shred mentioned a few times - what is it exactly?? xx

Ahhh I didn't think of it like that!!! 16weeks till october, soon be xmas!

30 day shred; I havnt actually put it on yet but apparantly its supposed to be really good and has 3 different levels i'm assuming you move up after 10days on each level. The back of the dvd says .....

*2minute warm up
*Three 6minute circuits featuring Jillians 3-2-1 interval system:
-3minutes of strength
-2minutes of cardio
-1minute of abs
*2minute cool down

Going for a run on sunday to Burrator with my little brother so i think i will do the first day of shred tomorrow :)

That doesn't read too bad - though knowing her I bet it's a killer !! ;) Look forward to hearing what it's like :) xx

I shall let you know! I have heard it's intense though!! X

I think it's a fab idea to sign up for the next race. You need a challenge to keep you at the running. Otherwise it gets too easy to get a bit lazy with it.
Have a good weekend

Yay for your 10k! What distance did you do before?

Yay for your 10k! What distance did you do before?

What do you mean?

Went to my friends today, she cooked lunch. Not in the mood for my bars. I'm in a bit of a foul mood, getting annoyed at everything little. To top it off my brother and his gf are here with their dog. They are in the front room with my other little brother which means I cant do my dvd. And I havnt been to the toilet for 4days - I need to go as my stomach is giving me jip. I've also got overtime tomorrow 7:30am. Duno why I bothered putting down for it really.

Moan moan moan today ... soz!

Saturday 11th June

B- 1/2 meal bar

L- Clare made: spaghetti mixed with salmon fillets, brocolli, cauli, carrots, mayo, sweet chilli sauce and garlic bread - I had 2 slices (baguette style)

D- boiled egg, carrot, 4cucumber sticks, 6baby beetroots, elf salad cream. cadbury light chocolate mouse (only 60cals!!!)

*ive done well on water this week. Keeping it up today - although I am going to miss my wine :(

Oh hun. I get in one of those moods sometimes. Hope the day gets better!
I meant how many km was your 1/2 marathon? Is this a longer distance?

I spoke too soon. 5mins after posting my brother & his gf left so I got to do day 1 of the 30day shred, level 1 - wasnt too bad fitness wise. Broke me into a sweat (but then again, anything does, I sweat farrrr too much :() The only problem I see is that i'm so uncordinated that when trying to do one of the ab exercises on the floor taking your right elbow to left knee I kept getting muddled up! lol

I feel alot better now though having done exercise - magic stuff hey!!

Oh, T, the 1/2 marathon is a longer distance - its 13.1 miles soooooo (let me get up trusty google to convert) just over 21km :)

I know I can do the 10k its my time i'm focusing on here. I want a time of 1hr10mins. 10k is just over 6miles which is going to be what I run 3times a week sooooo :fingerscrossed: with 16weeks of training, I can do it!

The weather here today is appauling!!! It's not stopped raining, it's really heavy and really windy! I havnt seen rain like this in months  needless to say, me and James arent off to Burrator for a run, instead me & stevie are going to catch up on 2weeks worth of eastenders & a weeks worth of corrie!! Cosy :p

Runs next week will be Monday (I have cancelled my front desk duty feel bad but really don't want to do it tomorrow!) wednesday and friday.

My thighs are a little achy today - must be the squats Jillian had me doing - bleddy things!!!!

Still no movement in the toilet department .... Also, i'm not going to weigh myself untill thursday 23rd ... might have a sneaky wi but wont officially record it. Want to try keep it a nice little surprise (well, hopefully it'll be nice! :() i'd be happy with anything under 12st5lb :fingerscrossed: :innocent0001:

That's cool re the distance- definitely a good opportunity to get your time down.
Sounds like a lovely day :) Corrie has been a bit juicy lately. I record the omnibus and sit down and watch it on my day off- love it!
Made me laugh about your coordination. I am exactly the same and have to proper concentrate when I am doing them!
Are you going to do some more today?

We've just watched the corrie omnibus :)

Nope. No DVD today.

Sounds like a lovely cozy day :) - We have that weather too. I had to go out to sort out the boys with stuff for my son for father's day - and to take them to McD's so I wouldn't have to cook ;) but I'm glad to be back. Think the heating will have to go on later too - it's ridiculous for this time of year! xx

Indeed it is. Night times this week have been very cold down here too.

A cosy day indeed. even overtime went pretty fast!!

I have just eaten a couple handfulls of kettlechips though with hummus. Again biiiiiig

Why are weekends so hard?!!!! :sigh:

I'll have to pass on that one - no idea, but if you find out and crack it let us all know ;) xx
