I've managed to get a half night in work which means I can finish at 3:30 :D

So won't have the banana but I am tempted to clamber into bed with a mr spiced & d.c :hmm:

Aw sorrrrryyyyyy :( xxxxx

Good luck getting back on track. It's always a challenge after a few slack days but once you get a couple of good days under your belt you'll be fine.
How's the ankle? Will it hold up to a run? I hope so as I know you love it so much and want to get the new trainers in action.

Enjoy your run today Tanya, bet you can't wait to try out the new trainers. Hope your ankle's feeling better too. You'll get back on track, you always do!

I hope so, will soon find out! It's still not right so I think I might go to the doctors tomorrow if I can get my grandma to phone and get me an appointment. Im not sure how much they can do but we shall see.

Run was ok, didn't do the mileage I wanted but after my holiday I have 8weeks to get myself up to scratch for the 10k. I think I can do that.

Trainers were aching my feet, thought i'd tied them too tight at first so loosened them and they were a little better. I'm guessing I need to wear them in, it's probably also because they are correcting my running posture. I was defo more aware of it and other than the ache they were lovely to run in, lovely & soft and 'airy'.

Defo off to the docs tomorrow. I can't go on with my ankle like this. It was fine for the first 1.77miles then at that point (I checked lol) it started to get a little niggle.

Im not sure what the doc can do, if he tells me to stop running I fear I might punch him in the head and tell him to send me to a physio!!!!!! :giggle:

Good luck for the Doc appt chick, better to be safe than sorry. If you just keep going, you could only damage it further and have problems for a longer time, wise decision.

Food looking good today, back on track, well done.

oh god mary, back on track ...... My mum has just cooked chips in the fryer and I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tempted I am in an arguement with myself over having them!!! :p

Well there were 2 left on a plate which I ate along with a slice if cheese. Was debating whether to just cook myself a batch but have resisted!x

Good plan about the docs hon ... sorry it's necessary but good plan. I guess you do need to get used to the trainers as they're correcting your posture - but DD says it's like running on air - so that can't be bad :)

Let's know what the doc says hon - I hope he can help! Physio sounds like a good idea to me .. but what do I know?!

Did you have the chips??? xx

Oh hey 2?? Well done!! :):) xx

Just had my tea but I dont feel satisfied. I've looked in the fridge, infact all 3 fridges that we have in the house & even my food draws :sigh:

I hate that feeling when I have just eaten but feel I need more. If you have a large glass of water, and wait 20 minutes though, it will probably pass Tanya.

Already done that Mary :(

Think it's cuz I feel like im depriving myself cuz i've had 6days of eating what I want. Got another bbq&drinks on sunday so have got to be good, there is no other option!!!!!!!

Hope the docs can somehow help pet.

It is so hard getting back on track, I've slipped again today with having half a tub of rocky road ice cream among other things! Oops :( x

Just had a fox's butter biscuit :S

Have just arranged a shift for tomorrow so hopefully that'll keep me away from the cupboards!x
