Morning.

Getting ready to go for a 4mile run around Burrator with my brothers girlfriend. Not to sure I like waking up on a sunday and thinking 'i've got to run' but its got to be done :) The race is on a sunday so i better get over that thought pretty quick!!!!!

Weigh in tomorrow *bites nails*

Sunday 16th January

*4 mile run

B- muesli & s.s milk 7pp

*banana after run 0pp

L- baked chicken breast 4pp
sprouts 0pp
green beans 0pp
carrot & swede mash 0pp
100g baby pots 2pp
Yorkshire 1pp
Gravy 2pp

*1meringue nest 1pp
*1ww yog 1pp
*strawberries 0pp

*home made fairy cake 8pp

D- branston pickle cheddars 7pp
2mini scotch eggs 4pp
15g phili light 1pp

Total = 29pp
Slush fund = 9pp used today.. 41pp used so far.. 8pp left

Had a fantastic run today!!! :D Managed 3.85miles in 44mins which works out just over 11mins a mile. I am so chuffed! (I thought Burrator Resoviour sp? was 4miles around but its just short at 3.85)

My dad came along too - have to say I was worried but he was fine, he was well away and even came back the last 3/4 of a mile to run with me and Leanne.

Brill brill brill. Feeling much better about it all today :)

Off for my mini roast now :drool:

I am!!! Well worth not having the drinks last night :) I even managed a 12hour sleep on a saturday :eek: thats a rareity i tell ya! lol x

Mum made fairy cakes ... Seen a thread the other day over on ww about someone who made some & someone worked out the points using the ingredients an pp'd them at 6. Mums had a drizzle of choc over them so I think to be safe I'm guns pp it at 8pp :)
 
Dinner change ..... branston pickle mini cheddars, 2 mini scotch eggs & some phili light to dunk it all in.

Pah ... probably cuz i know i still have slush fund points to use.
 
Tanya, well done on the fab times for your run. You are great to have had such a strict weekend. Wish I could report a similar self restraint but not at the moment!! Hope you enjoed the rest of your day.
 
Oh the only good thing about this weekend is that I've had no alcohol. I think my foods been a bit off track tbh but if I'm not drinking on a weekend I'm eating :p
 
Yeah, why is it that even when we try to avoid one bad thing we just reach for another either as a reward for being good or just because we want to fridge graze!!! Still, jolly welld odne to you for sticking to your running plan and doing so well with it. Oh youth!! How I wish I was back there again!!

I may consider spreading them out during the week but then again during the week some days my points come a couple under!!!

Thot it was time I butted in on ur thread too lol (we have spoke some before - way back when)

Anyway just wanted to say, well done with half marathon plans - I'm pure dead impressed!

Just 1 question b4 i pop off for my hourly pee, I'm starting WW on Thursday! What happens if u don't use ur slush pp's? Wud it be like when u risk 'holding on' or 'seizing' weight if u don't use ur normal allowance properly?

Ooooh I was gonna ramble on there but must get to little girls room - so you're saved by the bell cos I do go on a bit. See what I mean I'm still rambling instead of going...

I'm not entirely sure what happens if you dont use them. According to some on the ww section on here some people lose some people dont. I guess i'm going to have to figure that one out myself too.

Infact that sounds like a good idea for next week ...... :hmm:
 
My understanding is that they're not to be used up whatever - they're there just in case. But what do I know? (Not a happy bunny this morning :()

Thanks Jan and stay positive, I remember u posting something way back about not always relying 100% on the scales and about it being about what u put in your mouth that's the real truth and being proud of yourself! It'll adjust accordingly in time I'm sure...x
 
Well done on the training Tanya, sounds as though you are doing fantastic and right on track for the half marathon. Keep up the good work!
 
Judging by the weigh in this afternoon i've gained 2.75lbs ... seems like i have gotten rid of some of the damage of christmas as at one point i was 8lbs up.

Jan i've read both sides - some of the ww people say their leaders say you should use them some say don't if you don't want to. It is hard though when they are there and you know you can if you want and especially as I'm not using them on mrs zinfandel!!! :eek: Might try and keep them to a minimum this week see what happens.

Monday 17th January

*3 mile run

B- muesli & s.s milk 7pp (the very last of it so it was all powdery stuff :()

L- baked river cobbler 4pp
bread crumbed by me 3pp
egg & a bit of flour 2pp
sprouts 0pp
fine green beans 0pp
150g boiled pots 3pp

*1 mouthfull of belgian chocolate desert i'll put this as 3pp ... im sure 1mouthfull isnt going to be more.

D- wm pitta 4pp
lf phili with garlic & herbs 15g 1pp
50g wafer thin turkey 2pp

*red grapes & apple for work 0pp

Sub total = 29pp
Slush fund = 49pp

Do you guys think i'm ok to pp a bit of egg & flour at 1pp?

Is it a full egg hun? I thought one medium egg was 2pp.
