I will indeed get back to it tomorrow or thursday at the latest as im waiting to hear when I can get in for a shift. Thanks molly.
I do feel really guilty but obv i overslept for a reason and feeling groggy and down running isnt going to get me far!

Just scoffed 4bread sticks with onion & garlic dip  so will only take a banana to work with me instead of the meal bar.

Still under for cals today :) I have to get down to buisness if I want atleast 2lbs off by next friday! :(

Edit: decided. No crisps or chocolate, cakes or biscuits untill Friday next week. It's oooooooon!!

Glad ur feeling better Tanya xx

Tanya, make sure that you're not anaemic........heavy periods and feeling totally knackered, notwithstanding your mileage! Could indicate anaemia. I had it bad after the op and felt exhausted, took a couple of months of tablets and now feel great. Or you could just be overdoing it a bit:eek:

How did the 10 miler go then? Knowing you it was a piece of cake.

By the way, my dad has a problem with his big toenail just like you did. He's just taken up jogging again (not bad for a soon to be 68 year old) and his toenail is turning black. Sounds as though it's the same kind of thing that you had.

Hope ur feeling better hon - and that the run boosted you rather than drained you even more! x

I am buzzin after that run!!! It took me longer to get into it today, i stopped at one point to losen my right trainer, my toes had gone numb but all was fine after the 4.5mile mark.

I managed to run todays 10miler in 1:56:46 which is 1m57s quicker than last week!!!!! :party0049: :party0049: I can't believe it.

I also lapped myself today on my stopwatch and i did 5miles in 58:07 and 8miles in 1:30:51 which when added together would give me a time of 2:28:58 and just .2 of a mile to run in a minute. I can now see that I can do this in sub 2hr30 :D :D :D :D

No more runs this week but atleast ive 10miles in the legs. Back to buisness next week right the way through  Its getting so close!!

Yep defo sounds like what I had. He'll just have to let it run its course. It will fall off, no doubt about it but the new nail will push it off. Make sure he has decent runners, preferably a half size or full size bigger than his actual shoe size and some decent thick socks :)

Oh, Sandra, ive been tested before for anemia etc and alls fine. I just get lazy when its totm :giggle:

Lazy? You! I think not!

Well done on the run, you did brilliantly:D

Oh no! Not back to nasty nail dropping off chat. I'm much too squeamish for that.
Well done on the great run.

haha sorry Molly!!

Okay - 1st thread read through!!

Sorry you've had bother over forthright posts again. Maybe you could think about doing what I do and simply not go on any of the other LT forums. I had to stop because I got myself all worked up and it's not worth it. On the whole people seem to want support and encouragement or maybe permission to have a a planned 'cheat'. We all have 'slips' but I could never understand the planned ones. Reading between the lines I'm guessing that's what the trouble was about ... best just let them get on with it.

You're doing fantastically withe your running - I'll be over to Just Giving in the next few days :)

I really wouldn't worry about your weight too much. You're noticing the size difference and the lovely curves - perhaps that's all that matters.

Loved the 'running club too slow' bits ....... look how far you've come! Wouldn't it be funny if the 'fast' group was still too slow! ;)

I gather Sandra, you've started one of the jobs .. Congrats - I look forward to catching up with your thread but it won't be tonight. I'm falling asleep here and it's only 9.25 ........

Ooooh Jan is back to posting!! Your surely not reading a whole 2.5weeks worth of threads for all of our diaries?!! Not surprised you are falling asleep if thats the case :giggle:

And thanks for the encouragment re the weight - i know it'll get there eventually - its just a pain I want it off now!! LOL and obv the main priority is the 1/2 marathon :) xxx

LOL! I'm too frightened of missing anything not to ;). Can't do it all at once though. That's it for tonight ... K N ackered!! xx

Arrr night night sweet dreams :) xxx

Night x

Change of plan to the menu today. I'm taking a tuna & boiled egg wrap to work instead of a meal bar. And im about to munch a boiled egg too.

Taking my net cals to 111 for today

Tanya, glad you are feeling better now chick, agree with the whole 'listen to your body', you must listen to it.

Well done on that running time, superb!

Loved the dorito breakfast too.

I will be over to your just giving page in the next few days too - so proud of you.

Well done on beating your 10 miler time, fantastic. You will be way under that 2.5hrs mark when the time comes.
