Meal 2: Chicken breast and asparagus 350 Calories
Meal 3: Asian style Salmon and spinnach 500 Calories.

Water, Tea & Coffee with a spash of skimmed milk 100 Calories.

Today has been pretty fun.
Went shopping earlier to Morrison’s and believe it or Not did not buy mushy peas! Lol
Got a bunch more noms 🤩 however
Did more exercising online and just been trying To Take my mind of things.

One thing I need to get again is a kitchen scale. That way I can weigh my ingredients better than just overestimating. Should hopefully get one soon.

My mood today was meh
My dad is comming to see me tommrow for the first time in 12 years so I’m a little nervous to what he’s going to say about my weight.

Been watching spooks and just trying to relax.

I would hope he is glad to see you after so long and that your weight shouldn’t even come into it. Try and enjoy your day.
The most important thing is that you are doing well and that you are losing weight for yourself, no-one else.
