Went for a little walk down to park today and saw a cute cat sitting on a wall.
the weather was good which felt nice being back among the trees and the burn.
Can’t wait to get back into the Pentland hills again.

I use to play Pokemon when one of my sons came to visit. He said there was different ones to catch here then where he lives.
Think he said that just so I would go out doing it with him.

It's lovely walking in the sunshine but I'm going at 6 am so I don't meet anyone. I go out on my bike later so I can get some rays.

What have you got planned for today? I got to look in fridge to see what food there is. I have an Asda delivery coming tonight.:)

Yeah it’s a fun way to motivate People to move about outside and see different points of interest.
I tried to get my mum to play but she’s no having it lmao.

Bike ride sounds lovely 😊 been so long since i was last on one.

Nothing planned for today and not sure what to eat either lol. And woooohoo on Asda
 
Not been out on bike yet as I started a puzzle a couple of days ago and not got very far with it as it's got a lot of black. :rolleyes:. So decided today I will sit and do it. Will go out after lunch.:)

Mary, I've found a deep pan is best with the water on a rolling boil and then just slide the egg into the water. Worth trying again as they are lovely made this way :)

Went for a walk today to the fishmongers was hoping to get some whole Seabass but ended up getting a nice piece of Cod instead.

Depending on how I feel I might end up going to Morrison’s and picking up more fruit and yoghurt tomorrow.

played Pokémon go on the way also 😸
Weathers been nice 👍
Tomorrow I got to weigh out and portion the fruit into little salad containers should be fun.

I'm clearing out my freezer as my box of fish was delivered today. Came a cross some pasties and cinnamon doughnuts. Couldn't throw them away so have had a naughty day. Got another pasty left to eat then that is it. :)

Sure has been another lovely day. I hear rain is in for tomorrow but hoping I can get a walk in first.

Was your second meal really 750 calories? Think I need to track mine for a while to see how many I am eating.
