⚜ Strawberry Madness progress diary ⚜

Thank you guys everyday is always different but I know time will heal it to the point where it’s numbed a lot. She was my first love and the first to really break my heart. Completely changed my whole life to be with her
but hey, I came out a stronger better person and I won’t lie those two years were the best and some of the worse years of my life.

One thing that keeps me going is knowing I get to experience falling in love again and it’s exciting 😃 and scary!

We just got back from the walk now, over 12k steps today so far. We got on the bus to and from the area because my mums back isn’t the best so it wouldn’t be fair for her to walk at my pace all day.

but it felt nice not having half my energy sapped before I arrived LOL and I brought something to eat with me and that really helped.

We saw the coos and one of them looked like he was stuck in the barbed wire. I felt so bad for him didn’t want him to rip his neck to ribbons.
I was at the point where I was going to try leap across the ditch and lift the wire off him at my own safety.

but he managed to get free and he snapped the wire off and was like heh nice wee scratch from all the beasty bites.

lots of Pokémon and found an amazing spot for the upcoming community day has tons of spin locations all clustered in one park. So I’ll be back on Saturday 🤣 with all my lures. going to make a packed lunch or bring another one of my protein cookies.

I always think if I were to date again, I would be terrified 😂 I love your attitude towards it all, nothing quite like a fresh start!

Scotland looks so lush and green! I can't wait to be able to visit again and those coos are just too cute!! I saw a horse all tangled up in tree branches once and felt the same. It's remarkable how resilient the beasties are!

Alrighty somehow managed to fall asleep early yesterday so I missed dinner LOL
Woke up at 4am made breakfast then headed out an hour or so later.

I finally picked up the courage to try out the just eat bikes! it’s been 15 years since I last cycled. so was a little wobbly for the first few minutes then was all good.
Spent 20 min cycling about the area, then my bum got sore and my legs started to get really hard with all the blood so I parked it at the nearest station and continued my travels on foot.

got about 15k steps done so far today
Caught lots of Pokémon and placed a bunch in gyms to defend.

was planning on staying out longer but my hands started to turn to ice so got the bus back home.

Next walk will be on Saturday so I need a rest now LOL

I found that playing on my phone really distracts me from how long I’m walking for I just end up wandering around the place not really knowing where I am half the time.

Look at you, trying the bike - well done. Every little bit helps and good on you for stopping when it felt uncomfortable - no point in pushing yourself and getting weak.

How did we entertain ourselves without phones - haha. Joking aside, they are fantastic for playing music or listening to podcasts whilst walking.
 
I know what you mean took me ages to get broadband and used to go to the library to use the computer and get audiobooks of the famous five 🤣

only the last few years I’ve had a mobile lol
Used to wind me up, nearly all the websites or customer services wanted my number I’m like I don’t have a phone

Today’s been nice
Mood dipped abit earlier but it’s starting to get better now.
spent the day relaxing, playing on the computer, watching Benidorm LOL
And polishing my boots trying to get that black mirror finish on them. Find it somewhat therapeutic

Muscles are still achy hopefully feels better tomorrow. Need to go to the shops to help my mum carry the messages.

Food looks fab again. I could not get venison steaks but I got venison burgers which I will have in a couple of days time.
Relax about tomorrow. Even if you go over, then you can pull it back the day after.
I went to the tip today and noticed all the brambles near by - loads of fruit on them - they always do really well by the tip.
