Today was good seeing my family for the first time in ages my brother and sister have grown up so much it’s crazy.

Build and everything lol
Managed to resist a lot of food offered to me so I’m happy that I know I have some self control now when it comes with food.

Meals should be a little better planned out tomorrow as it’s been a crazy day lol.

Meal 1: Boiled eggs, cucumber and some olives

Thanks guys yeah it’s really been a long time
Haven’t seen them since they was just little kids
Is they are young teens now and it feels like time just flew by.

feels really good being a big brother now lol

nutrition wise today so far had been good well
I did have some yogurt and honey again but it’s soo good lol 😂 I used a little too much honey but I did count it.

need to think of what else to make tonight defo some fruit and some sort of protein that’s not yogurt again 🤣

I'm joining This Girl Walks-Virtual Walking Challenge for July to hopefully kick start me back into walking even in the rain.... It cost £15 but you do get a t-shirt and by paying I will do it.:)
 
Today’s been abit up and down with my mood but it’s getting better now
Hoping the weathers abit better tomorrow so I can go for a nice walk but we will see what the gods bring 🤣

Food looks lovely as always.

Just try to get out if you can, I walked for nearly 2 hours in the drizzly rain and it wasn't actually that bad.

I’m thinking of baked potato finally with lots of butter and king prawn cocktail. Will probably take up most of my calories tomorrow but worth it!
Steak today not the best I’ve cooked but tasted okay, looking for some ribeye soon

Food looks so good today. well done for eating good wholesome food.
Why are you anxious of going out. Just imagine you are the only person out there and if someone passes you don't make eye contact if it makes it easier.
Alternatively, go out either early morning (the might be difficult as you don't sleep until late) or go in the evening when it is cooler.
Love love jacket potato. Can I come over to dinner tomorrow (mind you perhaps it is over 500 miles from me to you if not longer). I have mine with Tuna (in sunflower oil but drained) instead of butter. Yum yum. :eating::eating:

I suffer from really bad chronic agoraphobia some days are good others are really bad. Pretty much the reason why I ended up the way I did 10 years ago and never left the house once.

Ha! I love tuna so on a baked potato
I like mine mixed with sweet corn and red onion

I looked up the calorie counter and it’s over 700 calories for the butter Alone! Yikes
No wonder I gained so much weight before.
Might end up making a more lighter version as. Compromise.
