I suffer from really bad chronic agoraphobia some days are good others are really bad. Pretty much the reason why I ended up the way I did 10 years ago and never left the house once.

I looked up the calorie counter and it’s over 700 calories for the butter Alone! Yikes
No wonder I gained so much weight before.
Might end up making a more lighter version as. Compromise.
Yes unfortunately, sometimes on eating plans we tend to go for easy things rather than good nutritious food. I used to be and am like that, but making a conscious effort to have better food - I know most of my food is salad with some protein but I truly & thoroughly enjoy it and gives me the balance I need. Also, if cooking everything is done from scratch & fresh.
If you want that baked potato, then eat it and then go back on plan the next day. Don't forget, you need to eat normal & real food. It is not every day that you are going to eat that. As they say a little of what you fancy do you good.
