Hello again all! I hit my lowest ever weight a couple of weeks ago and had a bit of a shaky week followed by fracturing my pelvis falling down the stairs. Long story short, I am back in the game. I am aiming to get into the 12 stone bracket by Christmas so I am going for 17lb, 1lb a week from here. That number seems to suit my body, it is reasonable and I will have a good opportunity to not feel like I have failed too! Also, it will put me bang on 3 stone lost. Weigh day is a Tuesday morning.
In terms of NSV's, I have set myself a challenge to run 120 miles by Christmas (equivalent to a mile a day), I will be taking zero-days and catching up, that's the idea of the long goal date. My mini-goal rewards are already planned;
When I lose 5.1lbs I will weigh 187.9 - 2 and a half stone award - New walking shoes (changed from Converse)
When I lose 12lbs I will weigh 181.0 - Into the 12's - New leggings (Nice ones, like Gymshark)
When I lose 14.7lbs I will weigh 178.3 - 20% - Wellbeing treatment - possibly sensory deprivation tank
When I lose 17lbs I will weigh 176.0 - 3 stone award - New knife from Heinnie Haynes
