1 DD and one UP day under my belt

I am doing one of your tricks today 2 runs in one day have never done this before and in fact it will be my 5rd run in 18 hours (all of it fasting time)

I ran last night with running club a gentle 3.3 miles
ran early am with a quicker friend quicker than last night but not super fast 4.9
running at 9.30 with another friend who I am helping train for a half marathon approx 3.5 miles

Yikes no wonder I am hungry I must eat minimum 500 cals today (who knew I would ever have to say that)
 
3rd run not 5th lol . Feel better about the scales already lol as don't feel it was a truly accurate weigh in and I did weigh again mad I know but I always used to weigh at SW on Fridays after my run so I always check my weight at that time and today I was 10.9.4 so only .6 more than that exact wi last Friday and I had had a banana and a drink of squash lol
 
Brilliant-you are doing really well.
I'm 'slightly' de motivated today-what with results and feeling like an elephant. Just off out to meet 2 pals for a big fat lunch-then I'll do another run about 3.30pm

Did you find her blog she mentioned it on her iTunes clips but I couldn't find it . Her results were amazing as she was a normal bmi when she started but I think the key is she had never dieted before !

Those of us who have dieted forever have messed up metabolisms !!

I think noon to midnight fasting seems hard (assuming you mean noon from one day to midnight the next as essentially it would be until breakfast the day after ....

On your current plan is the whole weekend your higher calorie days ?
 
Yeah more at weekend but went rather AWOL. Not counted anything yesterday and today and bit of binge. Got away with it yesterday but wishing I had been better today. Was up all last night, so really shattered-long story-way off mark.
Just about to take girls out in pj's to pick up son from work. Am soooo tired could cry

Feeling rubbish today :-( Have worked overnight and been upmost of night with a coughing toddler and then when i got her to sleep I was woken up by 4 yr old at 5.45 :-(

Working until 1 is then popping to the supermarket and curling up for a nap but as of the moment fasting at 5 pm does not seem appealing thinking of switching back to alternate again
 
Oh that was me yesterday. Got hubby to take girls out (as it was his fault I was so tired), to allow me a nap AND my mum turned up at my door unannounced!
Up now-just going for a run but undecided if should jump back on alternate or keep cal counting/fasting.

And I've got cramp

I am going to try and fast from 5 as planned. Also after today week day up meals will be based on sw principles as will any meals cooked at home on the weekend . Will aim for 15 to 20 syns during the week and while losing weight will eat freely on the weekend if after a couple of weeks I stop losing I will rethink my plan
 
Aaah-not so familiar with SW these days-used to be but some years ago now.
I'm still undecided-had a <500 cal day but not sure what to do from tomoz. It's all so conflicting now-I am completely mixed up. Will need to include CC as I just can't do 'eat all you want' but not sure what.....****
