1 DD and one UP day under my belt

Well Juddd is alternate -one day up one day down. However, some start the day at 5pm going tru to 5pm the next day. Hannata started it. If you look at her feed their is apic of the schedule. It goes UUD then DDU, breakfast/lunch/dinner.
I've not tried it so can't vouch for it.

Oh ok, thank you! So it's not compulsory? Think I'm at an advantage as only been allowed to drink shakes or soups every day, so even down days feel ok as at least I can eat something! Seems too good to be true but I'm going for it :) xxx
 
Not even sure Gil where to start with everything that went wrong today :-(

It is the anniversary of my Mum's death so was never going to be a good day :-( But truly EVERYTHING has gone wrong from puppies running away to poorly toddlers to spilled cups of tea (over a puppy, a 4 yr old and school reading books :-(.. luckily it was cold)

On a better note I am in bed now so nothing else can go wrong AND in spite of all that I have had a controlled UUD day and in fact have only had a cup of tea and a 4.25 mile run since 5 pm :)
 
I've been checking and checking, knew something was wrong :-(

Unfortunately, I know how crappy the anniversary is of a parents passing. It still gets to me, and it's 10 years past. :-(

At least you didn't retaliate by a choc fest-that's so often how I 'cope' and it only makes you feel worse-so well done you xxxx

Wasn't planning on a DDD but kinda have unintentionally, ending on 591.

Had Jessica off school and anticipated a call from school re Grace as looked a bit off earlier. Had to cancel plans but a plus was I roped her into helping me wrap some Christmas stuff.

Grace lasted the day and after some convincing got her to go to her swim lesson where she got assessed and moved up a level

. Ian home from Portugal tomorrow evening and I'm off put with some friends to see GARY BARLOW-can you tell I'm looking forward to it much?

I was sooo close to a choc fest especially as because of the lost puppy i nearly didn't get time to eat lunch but at the last minute (when pup was found) i shovelled some food down and then did the school run deliberately going via the garage to get myself one chocolate bar that i had promised myself :)

well down on another DD not sure I could ever accidently have a DD Lol

OOOOOH Gary Barlow (although i am more of a robbie fan i wouldn't say no to seeing GB too )

So UP day tomorrow?

I am having a DDU and have just ordered myself an actifry to make healthy chips :) I do them in the oven at the moment but apparently these actifries are supposed to be really good nd thought it might be useful while we have no kitchen :) So chips for tea tomorrow :)

I've just not really felt like it. Can't feel it shifting either. Got soup out of freezer for Tom and have a mad busy day (always harder if on my own).

Defo up Thursday, really hoping to lose as no idea what more I could do!

I'm not joining a bloody Dec challenge, it's been a thorn in my side this Nov one!!!!

Will be doing lots of experiemting with my actifry i got the family sized one (even though there are just two of us) and made GREAT chips tonight.

Gil hope you had a good day and good luck with the trainer and wi (is that tomorrow?)

I am back to the drawing board with my up day eating as combining SW and Juddd had me going to low i think so just need to find a way of eating enough but not too much rubbish (ie choc and cheese)

off to bed now 5.30 alarm tomorrow and friday
 
Ending in 620. Had soup but on way to gig only option was tesco sarnies. Hopefully I have danced it off. He was amazing!!!!
on way home now.

yes, trainer and weigh in Tom morning. Weighed today at 1lb off. But disappointed.

Glad you enjoyed the concert

I decided that I will just go back to keeping an eye on my choc intake but not drive myself crazy make my main meals healthy but if I want some cheese or coleslaw or butter have it . The reason juddd is for me is because it is relatively stress free I know from years of dieting the minute I obsess and make it harder on myself is when I stop losing and give up,

Also I am fit and a healthy weight so although I want to lose more I mainly want to not be stressed about eating . ( of course if I gain this week I may change my tune ) lol
 
Only 1lb off since last Friday!

I stuck to cals last week and STS and now only 1lb.
My cals mon 280/tues 590/wed 600

Aaarrrggghh!

I don't know, Sunday was low too. I really don't know the answer. Really hacked off-fair enough when I cheated-but there is not point not being honest here. I've no idea how to go forward and trainer will just say run more!!!
