Hi guys.

Was supposed to join weight watchers Tuesday but the girl i was joining with is ill and cancelled so were joining next Tuesday thank god!

I've been weighed today after just simply cutting down for a week and I've lost 1lb which takes me to 11 stone 8! Woo.!

However, I've only got 12 weeks to get to my goal weight of 10 stone,

Has anybody got any tips on how to speed up weight loss?

What's the best exercise and how often should i be doing this??
 
I would suggest getting your books out like you are a new member. No assuming anything has so many points, weigh everything you eat, look everything up, eat all of your points etc. Get some exercise, but don't overdo it. Regular exercise is more important than the intensity or how long it is. Try eating different things, maybe try simply filling for a week and see how you go? Good luck x
