10 stone something getting into the 9's

We loved Disney were there last year and the year before (loved it so much we went back the following year :))

I must admit I can't get my head around the 8-8,5-5 thing much prefer saying it's wednesday and down day or thursday and up day sorta thing :)

Saturday with down day- does that synch with you? It will be tough following a nite out, always got munchies. Need to stock up on some 'ten calorie soup'.....

Getting annoyed with the slow down in weightloss, I know it's not a JUDDD problem, it's a "last 10lbs" problem, the inches are still coming off but everything is just generally on a go slow at the moment :eek: *sigh* slow and steady wins the race :) x
 
1.6lb loss for me this week. 10st 12.2. Slowly getting there :)

Going good, I think! Thanks! Won't know until weigh-in on Monday morning though. Ravenous this week thanks to TOTM but being sure to fill up on the right foods. Date night tonight (Cinema and Nando's) but have planned my day accordingly. If I go slightly over I don't mind though, as we don't get out very much! Going to work out my BMR and once I stay below that today, I'll be happy.

Yeah, when i go out, i just aim to stay under maintenance. Its not like i go out everyday!
 
aww Gill did you manage ok? sorry only just seen this post after a very brief check in with minimins before bed last night - was feeling ropey after a very high carb up day followed by a dd :( wasn't pleasant

Yeah-managed it once I'd taken some unproven!

Ended up 468 cals. Lots of homemade (boring) soup and a magical curly wurly.

Have to sat feels very odd being able to eat more (2000 cals) today. Oddly-don't really want to, feels so strange. I'm so tempted to eat less after so many years of diets and keen to shift the holiday pounds.

How are you getting on?

It's not going too well this week, had my first gain on JUDDD all my own doing had an "up up and away day" on friday and paid the price at weigh in - the binge fairy came and it wasn't good - all my own doing, so now flailing a bit...still weigh lighter than after leaving low carb - so not all bad - provided it doesn't turn into a pattern should be ok.

Just gotta try and get my up days under control without allowing them to become a "diet" day or else I'll feel restricted and could possibly blow it further x
 
I'm gonna aim for 2000. Although lots say unlimited I'd be exactly the same and just go daft.
That way 2000 plus 450-500 is really averaging 1250 daily which is sensible?

Yeah I was aiming for 2020 on up days - my willpower just disappeared on me and my fathead devil turned up to replace her :eek:...oops...just gotta remind myself it's one weigh in, so far at least I am no heavier than when I started JUDDD in fact I'm still 3.4lbs lighter and not quite a month in :) *reminds self to breathe* it's a marathon not a sprint x
