100% on plan for two weeks from 18 June

Hi Shizzle, and welcome, hope you stay strong.
Day 4 for me (again), so nearly caved last night, the biscuit box was literally calling my name but I didn't give in. I did however have salted peanuts, reasonably low in carbs but I thought the salt would do the damage by making me hold onto water. Pleased to report that I'm still in ketosis and the scales moved this morning so dead chuffed with myself for not eating the contents of the kitchen. Today's a new day!!

How's everyone today? Everyone being good? I've been 100% for 6 days now and lost nothing!!! Only lost the 2lb gain from the steak salad I had Friday and nothing else :-( really hoping for something to happen by sat (official weigh day)!!! I'm still 4lb over what I stopped at last time, was hoping I'd be back to that this weekend!!!! Sigh!!!

Just keep going liz, you know you can do it. I'm surprised the steak salad made you gain, are you sure the salad wasn't ninja chips sneaking in there? Lol.
I need to get some sort of fibre added if anyone can recommend anything. Need a little help in that dept if you get my drift!! :)

I've just had Holland and Barratt psyllium husk capsules recommended to me. I'm giving them a try. Fingers crossed!
 
They work for what they are intended for but I found they cause water retention for me.
 
I am drinking mega amounts of water to try to help with everything too so hoping to counteract any water retention as well as ease the passage.
 
Thanks ladies, will have to go Ebay shopping later!

Yeah my hunger is worse in the evenings. I have my lunch bar at 4 in the afternoon and dinner pack at 7 then a coffee at 9 to try and combat it. Xx

Hey everyone. How's everyone getting on? Lizz, krazzed, Anne, kiwi, Jo?? Hope your all being good. We have early finishes on a Friday in the summer so I'm currently sat in soho square enjoying the sunshine :) wearing a size 12 summer dress today and feeling pleased I stuck to it. Couldn't do this a year ago as a size 18, hated the heat!!!!

I'd totally agree with Liz, just stick it out and it becomes normal and habitual. It's when you take breaks and go on and off it becomes difficult!

Been out for the evening with friends, drank about 4pints of diet coke and had a small chicken shish kebab, plain, no chips but with a side salad. I'm expecting to be knocked out of ketosis in the morning but if it's classed as cheating, I certainly think it could have been worse.
I'm in the queue for the confessional after I step on the scales in the morning!!
