100% on plan for two weeks from 18 June

Kiwi, your 5lb is only water and stores of glycogen. 3-4 days and it'll be gone. Good luck.

Wow amazing kiwi. Love it. You look so different and so much younger than your first pic. Bet you felt amazing. Well done x

Total loss on cambridge - 3 stone 1lb :)

So lost a lb at yesterday's official weigh in. Woke up this morning and jumped on the same scales and says I've lost 2lb since yesterday. If that's true I only have 4lb left!!!! It's got to be all the running I'm doing. So pleased.

Morning lovely people. Hope you had a great weekend. How's everyone doing? Anne you sticking to it?

I have just 5 days until my holiday. 7 days in the Lake District and 2 days in the Yorkshire dales. I'm so excited!!!!

Do you think I'm still ok to post in here even though I'm not doing cambridge anymore? I feel like a fraud lol. I'm doing clean eating with little carbs. I was having a bar for breakfast but run out last week and not buying more. Been having Greek yoghurt and raspberries, amaze!!!!

Hope you all have a fab week :)

Brilliant effort. You lost the weight with Cambridge and basically maintaining now so i dont see the issue. I'm the same. Losing the last few lbs any way I can.

Ahhh, love you guys, you're both amazing, a real inspiration to me. I've been pants, came off my hormone tablets as the side effects were horrendous but have been having the totm from hell (to much info - soz!) I've been nothing short of manic! Feeling a little better today and have been super good so far, night shift later which keeps me out of the biscuit tin too. I've got 7 1/2 weeks to achieve miracles so please feel free to pray for me ladies.
Lotsa love....

I'm in hiding...... however I'm home i my own house now so back to basics from tomorrow.

Oh no Anne!! Hope your feeling better. How did you find yesterday being back on?

I think you need to think long term, imagine if you get to Christmas and you've lost nothing because of the yo-yoing on the diet. You'll feel like you've suffered all year for nothing. You could do 3 full months between now and Christmas and get the bulk of your weight off and feel fab at Christmas. I wouldn't want you to get to Christmas and regret the last year with the diet and do the same thing next year. You need to break the cycle and commit yourself to it. Either that or look at another diet where the losses are smaller but you can drink and eat more.

Sorry if that sounds like I'm interfering but I so want you to succeed. I want you to feel as great as I do. Xx

Completely agree with Liz Anne. Once you make that decision to commit fully no matter what the time will just fly and you'll feel 100 times better.

Liz, you're doing fantastic!!!

In my news it was time to face the music this morning. I was back to all my old haunts and habits over the last few days with all the family meals plus alcohol every day in various relatives homes. 6 lbs on this morning. I'm 10 9 now. 4 lbs from goal again. I've been that for a few days too so its 6 lbs I'm going to have to work it off. I also feel horrible. Fat, bloated, lethargic and couldnt look at another sweet. I want to eat something healthy today. Did I just say that?????

Thanks both and I agree completely. I'm feeling much better already, it must definitely have been the tablets, they really didn't suit me at all, I'm feeling much more focused already and have made an appointment with my CDC for more supplies so fingers crossed.
I know what you're saying liz, I'd be gutted to get to Christmas and still be the same, I'm committed to getting a decent chunk off during this next 7-8 weeks.
You've both done so well, you should be so proud of yourselves.

One shake plus a litre of water down and I've started the holiday laundry here. Back to work and normality tomorrow.
