I've been doing SW for five weeks now and I love it! I've had two days where I've not been 100 per cent but one was a very special occasion. The other was a daft blow-out for no reason but even as I was eating/drinking it, I knew I was affecting my weight loss and didn't really enjoy it (although it was nice food and wine). It was a good lesson to learn early on in my journey - I would rather lose weight than eat a takeaway and drink wine.
So now I know I will stick to the plan between now and Christmas, and I hope to lose almost another two stone by then.
Whether I am 100 per cent on Christmas Day remains to be seen...!
