Hehe, when I was in London I used my aunty's lemon H&S, everyone was sniffing me all day! I didn't end up spending that much time in the kitchen so it's all good :D xxx

Just out of interest, which brand el Mayo do you use? I haven't had any Mayo since I started sw back in July... Reading your food diary makes me want some lol

Going for a red day today as I don't think rice, lentils, pasta or potatoes are on the menu today, so no point going for EE when I can do Red and get double HExs! :D

- Mixed leaf salad, with classic salad dressing (2 syns)

Dinner was by far the strangest thing I have ever eaten. Was really looking forward to the leftovers of the lamb everyone had for dinner yesterday, but my brothers ate it all before I could get to it! The only alternative was lentils :( oh, or potatoes! Still looking forward to getting my other HExB in though :D

I originally wrote 2 syns for the lentil curry but knew I'd be lying to myself and I can't do that if I want to complete Day 7 of being 100%. Syns so far don't look so scary, I know I have saved a LOT over the course of the week. Will not exceed my 15 though!

I gained on my waist this time! Hah... :(

He kinda asked for it after his boardroom speech! Though I wish Sandeesh had been fired too, she irritates me soooooo much!!

Nervous about WI tomorrow as I have eaten a LOT today, but don't have a clue how it's going to go :( x
 
What about having some herbal or personally Green Lemon tea (and just add sweetner) is my favorite and it seems to keep my urge to go into temptations away.
