(I've woke up today 2lb heavier. Making me the same weight as last weigh in. And I weigh in tomorrow?! Hopefully it's water and is back off for tomorrow :( )

Breakfast: natural fat free fromgrais frais with sweetener, blueberries and blackberries

Snack: kiwi, bite of whole meal toast 1 syn??

Lunch: leftover spices mince from yesterday
Cherry Bakewell hifi (hexb)
Jelly 1 syn

Snack: sweet chilli tomato soup 1 syn
Mullerlight yogurt

Dinner: fat free super noodles with 3 dairy lea triangles (hexa)

Hifi bar (hexb)

Dinner: smash pizza with chicken, bacon, jalapeños, mushrooms, passata, tomato purée and cheese (hexa)

Whoohoo another 1lb off!! That's 8lb in 4weeks and brings me to 9st exactly!! Roll on the 8's next week!!

Yup low fat supernoodles. I actually double checked tonight with my consultant

Would just love to get to targe or past it before Xmas so I can enjoy it a bit more. Wanna Hy about two lb of a week x
 
I know. At least if I'm at goal or lower then I will enjoy a few things but still not go mad because I know ive reached goal.

Plus every year for the past 7 years I've said I wanted to be 8.7 at Xmas and feel good. This year I'm so close and want to finally achieve it lol
And I would love to enter the new year at goal so I can finally feel happy and not stressed a out weight and enjoy the spring and summer months

Sounds like a plan I would like to get to goal to I was 6lbs away in April now I'm 13 :(
 
So was I then when I started sw I was 15 lbs away :( but I'm now 7 lbs away again and if I can do it then u can do it too.

Remember 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels' :)

I know it's possible I already lost two stone on sw when I started two years ago my losses just stalled and then stopped and it's so frustrating but I'm back now so hopefully it will come off
 
It will come off. Ugh I hate when the weight loss slows down closer to target. It's not fair lol

Snack: 1/2 whole toast with Nutella (6)
Mullerlight choc n cherry (1.5)

Lunch: kiwi, pear, low fat supernoodles

Dinner: spaghetti Bol and pasta

Snack: hifi bar(6) mullerlight.

1/2 toast with butter and Nutella (6)
