Official weigh in for today. Is 1.5lb off bringing me to 8.10(1/2) :)

Tue: 8:10(1/2)
Wed: 8:12(think I'm retaining water, had bread and rice last night plus only 1 litre of water)
Thurs: 8:11(3/4)
Fri: 8.11(1/2)
Sat:8:11(1/2)
Sun:8:12(1/2) was out last night off plan. Loads of drink and food

My C looked at my stats today in group and my average weight loss per week is 2.5lb. I really do hope it continues to go that way. Being so close to target

Lunch: low fat supernoodles with spring onion. Kiwi

No just detoxing after last night. Had so much crap lol and wanna get all the after retention off before weigh in. Lol
