14lbs to goal!!

Feel like crap today. Delayed muscle ache from insanity on wed. Plus * week has appeared ugh (seriously hope it doesn't affect weigh loss and knock me back out of the 8's)
But I feel like I need a 'put ur feet up and relax day'. Yesterday I didn't stop at all from 4am and I felt like super mum and was struggling to keep my eyes open at 9pm after all the appointment, cleaning,bathing, Xmas tree decorating, cooking, cleaning some more, while having one eye on a testing toddler!!! Ugh lol

Meant to be ready today at 9am to drop little demon toddler off to child minder and then an hour long circuits class but I JUST DON'T HAVE THE ENERGY! Lol

Feeling guilty about thinking of not going. Lol
 
Ended up going. Glad I did. Was the only one that showed up. Apart from one girl who was 15 mins late. So I had a personal training session based on my tummy :)

The end of this Saturday night involved a chow mein, pizza, chips, onion rings and vodka. Not lots but still over my syns. Back to it today!!

just read through all your blog. You are doing fantastic! Giving me the motivation i need to make sure i stay on track. So disheartening to know that this time last year i was 9.5 - your weight is dropping so fast that im thinking yeah i could be back in the 9's by christmas! x

Thank u! I can't believe how fast my weight is dropping. I thought it would be deadly slow because I'm so close to target! Glad I can motivate u. Keep ur head in it and I'm sues u will get to where u wanna be by Xmas x
 
Day 7!

Breakfast : 2 weetabix and skimmed milk. (Hexa and b)
1/2 a banana

Lunch: low fat supernoodles with soy sauce
Spring onions and kiwi

Snack: mullerlight toffee

Dinner: extra lean spiced mince with loads of veg with soy and fish sauce wrapped in lettuce cups

Ugh I'm up 1/4 of a lb on my scales, I think I didn't eat enough yesterday because I had no syns sun and mon ORRRRR when my bf dropped my scales they broke hehe lol

Ugh was hoping for a 2lb loss that I was showing on sat bit looks like I'm having a 1lb loss. Roll on tonight!!

Didn't get to weigh in tonight :( but my scales are showing 2lbs down.

Still doesn't feel official tho. And dunno whether to go get weighed at a wed morn class
