So guys, not a great first day but at least I kinda got my brain thinking good thoughts.... lol
And no alcohol or crisps or choc! That's gotta be good. Just ate too much! Way too much.
Gona go with ham salad sandwich for lunch tomoro. Hope theres bread at work-ill bring in the rest-but I never have bread here at home.
Then Ive roasted veg, added lemon couscous to it. Have feta cut and weighed out that ill crumble into it tomoro and 0pp salsa to add to it too. Looking forward to it.
Im also not gona weigh in this week. Don't see the point as ive been sooooo bad. Ill be good for the week and WI next week instead. Get more realistic point to start at again. Especially as im hoping a lot of it is bloating, gas and being a little bunged up after all the fine food and drink!

Also ive decided to try and go to meetings. It doesn't exactly work with my job-I cant say ill go every Thursday or whatever as I work differently every week. And also I think part of the problem is that I don't really like the instructor in Newbridge so looked up other classes. I also prefer morning classes so ive found ones Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays in different places. So Ill still WI myself every Friday morn as it could be different classes on different days each week and id prefer to keep it the same. So ill go to Wednesday WW class in Athy-see what that leader is like, and then WI myself Friday morn at home.
