What about a Roasted Veg Pasta Salad? You could obviously put chicken in it? You remember I took one on a Picnic a while ago? Was super tasty and fine cold.x

I reached goal 5years ago and didn't keep it off but in my (poor) defence I moved away on my own, half way up country, new house, new job, new friends, new relationship so went totally off track.
This time I've only gotten 6/7lbs away from goal. I loose willpower every so often but get back on it and drop again. I don't mind it being a slow process. I just had my sisters wedding and chose to not think once about pps.

Think I used 11g BBQ Sauce, 18g Tomato Sauce so it didn't add pp.x
 
Aww Bróna you looked absolutely beautiful at the wedding, as did your sister. The view was amazing too, you's were lucky to get such good weather.

So guys, not a great first day but at least I kinda got my brain thinking good thoughts.... lol
And no alcohol or crisps or choc! That's gotta be good. Just ate too much! Way too much.

Gona go with ham salad sandwich for lunch tomoro. Hope theres bread at work-ill bring in the rest-but I never have bread here at home.
Then Ive roasted veg, added lemon couscous to it. Have feta cut and weighed out that ill crumble into it tomoro and 0pp salsa to add to it too. Looking forward to it. :)

Im also not gona weigh in this week. Don't see the point as ive been sooooo bad. Ill be good for the week and WI next week instead. Get more realistic point to start at again. Especially as im hoping a lot of it is bloating, gas and being a little bunged up after all the fine food and drink! :) Sorry-TMI

Also ive decided to try and go to meetings. It doesn't exactly work with my job-I cant say ill go every Thursday or whatever as I work differently every week. And also I think part of the problem is that I don't really like the instructor in Newbridge so looked up other classes. I also prefer morning classes so ive found ones Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays in different places. So Ill still WI myself every Friday morn as it could be different classes on different days each week and id prefer to keep it the same. So ill go to Wednesday WW class in Athy-see what that leader is like, and then WI myself Friday morn at home.

Sounds like you have a good plan of attack. Your all over this situation brona!!!! I wouldn't be able to do it without going to meetings it keeps me focused knowing I have to go every week. Your leader is a big part of it and if you dont like her you are right to go somewhere else

Hey Brona, Just having chance to catch up now! I think your Plan of Action sounds fab and I agree there's no point WI this week when you've only just put the wheels in motion for change but they won't have taken full effect by tomorrow so no point making yourself disheartened. Keep up the hard work and hope u enjoy those yummy sounding meals today! X

I'm the opposite to you though, I'd definately weigh-in this week, but just because I think the big loss you get after some time away is a great boost, but I understand that not everyone thinks like me lol.

I used to go to two different classes because of shifts, it worked ok and the leaders were perfectly accepting of it. Hope your day goes ok, all day at the hosp doesn't sound like much fun given the nature of your job, I don't miss hospital trips, especially the emergency ones!! :)

Not quite back on track but getting there. Ya when I was at a meeting at home in west cork a few months back it really made me realise what I was missing. Hope new places have some good leaders. :D

Ya I won't be penalised for missing weeks anyway as I'm a gold member. I pay per week as I'm not within my goal but doesn't matter when I go. Thanks tho.

Ya I'm just hoping they're more suited to me. Just need the motivation of classes.
Day was actually alrite. Was out of hospital by 3.30 so not that bad after all. Scheduled visit today but ya I hate the emergency ones.
