So fairly refreshed considering sleeping at work and two weeks of drink coming out of my system.
Strange though-first thought when up this morn at work-Mmmm... what can I eat-sausages in frying pan, toast with loads of butter were first thoughts-its just gona take a while to change that.
Had coffee instead and then dry fried egg on toast.
I can do this!
Off at 10am and not back til Friday so just need to get into routine before then cos find it hard when at work with bread and chocolates specifically that I don't really have in my house at home. I find evenings at home hard but if I can leave the shop without buying the crap in the first place then I'll be fine cos won't have it to eat.
Gona stick to 26 or as close to it as possible (a little flexible til I'm back into it). And then reset Fri morn as normal. Gona leave it til Fri to weight myself aswel though being in the gym I'm not gona worry too too much bout scales-but I know myself that my tops and jeans are tighter so once they loosen I'll be happy.
