ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

So fairly refreshed considering sleeping at work and two weeks of drink coming out of my system. :D

Strange though-first thought when up this morn at work-Mmmm... what can I eat-sausages in frying pan, toast with loads of butter were first thoughts-its just gona take a while to change that.
Had coffee instead and then dry fried egg on toast. :D
I can do this!

Off at 10am and not back til Friday so just need to get into routine before then cos find it hard when at work with bread and chocolates specifically that I don't really have in my house at home. I find evenings at home hard but if I can leave the shop without buying the crap in the first place then I'll be fine cos won't have it to eat. :D

Gona stick to 26 or as close to it as possible (a little flexible til I'm back into it). And then reset Fri morn as normal. Gona leave it til Fri to weight myself aswel though being in the gym I'm not gona worry too too much bout scales-but I know myself that my tops and jeans are tighter so once they loosen I'll be happy.

Ya I find 26 grand to be honest. just gona be hard when ive been eating all I want for last month (at least).
Ya I find Friday's easiest. Reset for the weekend. I work shift work so weekends don't always mean much but still like some treat. :)

I have a hen party this Saturday so dinner out and drinks will use up my 49 and then 26 for rest of that week again too.... :)
Just hoping to see some results soon. :)

I always get hungry late but I've gotten better at eating savoury stuff like egg or toast.
Wud u eat some fruit and yogurt maybe? Or popcorn? :(

I'm gonna sound really odd now but I had 100g of Grated Carrot drizzled with Vinegar and Black Pepper and it did the trick lol. X

Hmmmm.... maybe not odd but different.... sound good though-I will def try that!! :) Just regular vinegar?

I used 1Tbsp of normal vinegar and one 1Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar to give it a it more flavour, I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the night tho thank goodness! X

That's sounds good. Never have carrots in but have some more food shopping to do today... and wud be handy one for work aswel-always pick late-when I'm on sleepover.
Glad it stopped u eating anymore aswel-bonus.

I was really lazy as well and got the Pre grated carrot from Asda as it was reduced to 10p so made it a quick thing to make so I wasn't tempted to be lazy and have a biscuit! Do u have to Sleepover with work a lot? I'm feeling a bit brighter today thank you, done 2.3km of walking already :) How's u today? X

Yep def gona try that as snack.
I do only bout 3 a month. We have a big team so divided out well. Otherwise its 12hour shifts or the odd 8hour shift. I prefer doing the day shifts cos I only live 10min drive away so I can be home in my pyjamas in 15mins and sleep in my own bed. :D
But work can either be a killer or curse-no matter what shift I do I eat breakfast lunch and dinner there cos its a fully functioning house so I have to think ahead as to whether I shud bring in healthy foods or will there be something there. Not a bad house tho for maintaining healthy diet. Except to have to avoid the chocolate really. :-O
So gona go to gym. Getting eyebrows done then. Then bits of food shopping and home to clean the house. Its such a mess.

Hope u get on ok at the Gym Sweetie, remember no pain no gain and all that! PS-Sounds like organisation is the key with your work meals! X
 
I love raw carrot.. Never tried it that way..
When am being oober good I keep some "chips" of carrot in the fridge for those quick n easy snacks...
Brona, as you live alone and a whole bag of carrots wud most likely go to waste.. but are obviously cheaper.. What I do (BF doesn't like carrots so its only me that eats them) is keep some sliced up in the fridge.. as well as having roasted carrots quite a bit.. But I use half the bag n make carrot n corriander soup too.. its both delish and PP free!!! :)

No just chop 'em up.. Sometimes I buy a bag of frozen carrot n use that either.. :)
It was also in my top 5 soups.. (I love soup!!) But I had dinner out last weekend and had sweet potato n chilli soup.. you HAVE to try it.. It was amazeballs.. I've made it twice now since last week... DELSIH :)

Have u ever had Butternut Squash with Chilli? That's amazing too! I always find the soup blends better and therefore tastes better when it's been grated! X
