Not really. Working sat and sun. :(
But am goin for few drinks after work today. One of lads leaving drinks. Gona change at work and head out then. So tired tho. Don't think I've caught up on sleep from week at home and gone to gym yesterday and today before work aswel so fairly shattered.
Anyway-have you any plans?

I do 20mins on crosstrainer, then I do pulldown weight machine, chest push weights, abdominal crunch machine, lower back weight machine. Then 15 mins on treadmill, 10 mins on step up machine thing and 10 mins on wave.
That's my full set. Yesterday my legs were killing me-TOTM-so did more on treadmill and less on step and wave.

Oh dear-I'm gona wipe weeklies. 2 dailies + 43 weeklies makes 45points which wud be 9 bottles of Heineken which I probably had last nite. I really don't know how many I had! Should not drink with men who knock back pints! :(

Over by 13 points tho. But have 20 APs earned already this week and will earn more Monday and Tuesday. I don't usually use them but I think I'm doing quite well considering a hangover at work! :D
Will stick to 26 dailies rest of week. :D

Well.... gym going well but food and alcohol is a disaster. :(
I weighed myself this morn. Not gona go too much on what the scales says cos I know being in the gym it may not be too accurate.
But I Have def put on weight and I'm definitely bigger-can tell in my tops. Feel like crap aswel bcos of it. :(
Its my birthday this week and goin on holidays to Marbella with my sisters nxt week so it's not exactly the best time to be trying to fix it but gona do my best to not to go off the chart altogether.
And then get big into it when I'm back.
Noone to blame but me.... still pissed off tho. :(

So... i'm back, like a bad smell.... :)
I've spent 12 days celebrating my birthday and enjoying a sun holiday. Lots of drink and food! Nice welcome for coming into my 30s with a liver that will never forgive me and a wasteline that is embarrassingly expanded....
So i gave myself one last day today of not tracking (back at work and fairly hungover....)
But back to it first thing. Have menu made out for the week. Gona go buy some yummy food tomoro and get back into it. :)

Thanks honey. Last day of freedom was good. Didn't think I'd sleep with the DTs after all the drink but feel quite refreshed. :D

So fairly refreshed considering sleeping at work and two weeks of drink coming out of my system. :D

Strange though-first thought when up this morn at work-Mmmm... what can I eat-sausages in frying pan, toast with loads of butter were first thoughts-its just gona take a while to change that.
Had coffee instead and then dry fried egg on toast. :D
I can do this!

Off at 10am and not back til Friday so just need to get into routine before then cos find it hard when at work with bread and chocolates specifically that I don't really have in my house at home. I find evenings at home hard but if I can leave the shop without buying the crap in the first place then I'll be fine cos won't have it to eat. :D

Gona stick to 26 or as close to it as possible (a little flexible til I'm back into it). And then reset Fri morn as normal. Gona leave it til Fri to weight myself aswel though being in the gym I'm not gona worry too too much bout scales-but I know myself that my tops and jeans are tighter so once they loosen I'll be happy.
