ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

So finally feel like I'm back. Felt like total cRap yesterday after eating crap for couple weeks now.
Focusing on eating well and watching PPs. Feel better already. Figured I should eat well for couple days before gym on Tue morn or I'll die a death inside there.
Already have it in my head that I'm not giving in to bad food next week when I'm home in my parents. I'm gona buy loads of salads and fruits cos I'll be home for 6 days and not gona let it ruin my good work. Fine when I'm at home but must try to be good with chippers and BBQs! It can be done! :)

We're talking about bbqs this week at WW. Do you go to meetings? I can't remember sorry:(xxx

Hey hon. I'm doing good. Off work for 9 days so it can only be good. :) And started at gym this morn and buying present for my nephews birthday. Great way to start off my days off! AND the suns shining! :D Today's a happy day. :D

Yes it was a much better day. Started in the gym. Scary but love it. Feel very comfortable which I never felt last time I joined a gym (different one). Heading back over now this morn. But goin home to my parents for long weekend so won't be back there til nxt wk.
Eating better-didn't track and will just try and be good this week instead.
Off work for 9days so it's was never gona be as bad a day as Monday. :) The whole weekend at work was awful really.
But I feel good and feel great bout getting back into exercise.
Also-getting my hair done today and goin out tonite. All good. :)
I like happy brona. :)
 
Back to gym after a week off. Had only done two days before my week off. But cudnt be helped as was at other end of country. So have gym times and food sorted for nxt week. :D

Ohh I love carrot cake, but if thats a ww one I can't buy them, I end up eating the whole pack :rolleyes:

Ya its yum. No its just a brand I picked up in the shop before. I worked it out-its not bad at all. Its only half a small piece really tho.
