20 somethings

Mornin girls! So much to catch up on but one thing I picked up on is camz still being poorly :( hope you feel better soon camz and also Scarlett it sounds like u had a really tough day yesterday but hopefully the parents will stick with what has been discussed as these boys definitely need some discipline!
I am buzzing as went to WI last night and still in target and then went to nandos for tea and had a DOUBLE chicken burger, peri chips AND garlic bread and then came home and had cheesecake and I'm weighing the same as I weighed yesterday at WI haha, it's fluke, my consultant always says weight should never catch up with you it goes on once you've eaten it so we will see how this plays out! I haven't had a pig out like that in ages! Off to do the school run will catch up with you all soon xxx

My doctors are good like that too. Hope they're better than mine in treating it!
 
Aww that sucks, with piano you can pick up others quite quickly because you go from reading 2 lines to reading 1. But I dunno how it goes the other way round.

Laura that's great.. but don't kiss them with your disease :p our drs is good for fitting us in. If we can't get a drs appointment they give us a nurses one and the Dr comes through between patients. Haha.

Jess, sounds lush! Glad you had a good day.

Think I spoke too soon, the doc I was meant to see is poorly and has phoned in sick (ironic haha!) so I am just waiting to be seen now!

Okay so I missed 2 college classes and I have an assessment tonight. One of the girls gave me the practice layout but not the questions. Nightmare!!

I have the written part, just not the numbers so I hope I can pick that up lol.

Jess, I'm so jealous I love nandos but bf isn't fussed so not been in ages! Work much better this morning, got the sticker chart on the go and little one has already lost 1 sticker so he knows I mean business!

Apologies that I'm rubbish and had not much sleep and can't remember anyone else's news... Will recap later!

In other news I'm bouncing off the walls this morning- 12st exactly for official weigh in meaning I lost 2.5lbs this week! :D 2lbs more means I'm back at my 1stone award!

Am back from docs with a diagnosed irritated appendix...nothing to do but keep it til it gets better! Deffo no work today or tomorrow! Xxx

Oh no camz :( you rest up!! At least you know what it is and can only get better from here, pooping in a pot isn't too fun but just think you can only get better from here!

Thanks Jess, and it just shows you CAN have a big treat every once in a while! The way I see it is that naturally skinny people see nothing wrong in going out for a 3 course meal every once in a while...because there is NOTHING wrong with it!! I'm not saying do it every week, but when I am at target I fully plan to enjoy myself in this way every couple of months when a special occasion arises! Xxx

Ooh Laura that sounds nasty. I thought they whipped them out as soon as they started playing up. It does sound better saying you're off work because of your appendix than just a bug though.

Scarlet I am thrilled for you. We shall be celebrating the return of you 1 stone award next week I'm sure. Glad the reward chart has taken affect so soon, let's just hope mum and dad follow through.

I made stock this morning and prepared all the veg for the soup so just putting Nate down in a moment then I will get on making it. We have also had playtime and "boo-uu-ooks" this morning followed by tidy up.the only downsode is my hand is SOO itchy.
 
Thanks Hun, this is the second time in a year I've had bother with them, but I'd rather not have the op as it would mean more time off work!

I know what you mean about being off work, I hate it! Just trying to get some work done while I'm awake, and rest up the rest of the time! Xxx

That's me back from the hospital, after numerous tests over the past few weeks, including tubes in the bottom and all sorts!!! Sorry TMI! I have got IBS apparently. At least it's nothing serious, with my symptoms they were worried as Mum died of bowel cancer and they have done every test possible, so I'm actually so pleased its IBS! X
 
So do they just leave it then Laura? I know having it removed will put you out of action for a week or so but at least it will stop these recurring episodes.

I hope so Fran! We shall see as away at a family party this weekend. Won't go mad though, its an 80th lol. Soup sounds lovely! I'm currently making a risotto, really fancied it but should have planned ahead- starving now and its not ready yet!

Just a mystery! There's no particular food at all, I can just be out shopping and not had anything for a few hours and suddenly it strikes! X
 
Jess I was recently diagnosed with IBS too... It's bloody awful isn't it! Can catch you so unawares, and sets me into panic mode!

I've just been given meds for mine but had so many bowel based illnesses (unrelated) at the min that I'm waiting til this clears up before I start messing around again!

Pleased you have a diagnosis, it can take so long sometimes! Xxx
