Haha, bless, oh look your hair's dark now! You seem to be doing well so hopefully your midweek weigh will bring you some good news.
An Apple is so not enough! I'd be chewing my arm by now if that is all I had!
It is so grim here. Dark, raining, windy. Yuck. But we are having roast chicken tonight. Yumyumyun. I love a roast. Parents are back this evening which is nice. AND a serial weighed this morning and it says 15st 11.2lbs (it was 15st 11.8 last night) so fingers crossed I will get 4.5stone award tomorrow (15st 12lbs) at the very least I will be closer to it and in the 15s. Urgh, I just want my official weigh in!

Eep, nice that it is just 4 hours though. Stay away from the vending machine. They always make stuff look so much more appealing too.

Wish I had finished too! It's parents evening tonight which means I'm staying at work until at least half 7 if not later

Ew scarlet that sucks.
I used to dye my hair a lot. My school had a ban on non-natural colours, so of course I walk in with purple hair and instead of being punished I get complimented. Hehe. it has been red, brown and blonde too. It really needs doing before tomorrow. My natural colour is a ash blurgh colour with a hefty dose of grey. I started going grey at 19. If it was all grey I'd be rocking it, but it's not so it is getting dyed. Maybe i'll dye it all grey/silver when I'm at Target (or it might have al turned hy then! Haha)
Munchkin is asleep and it is looking like I am going to have to go out in the wind and rain to check over the animals again because it s not letting up. I wouldn't mind but mum hid my scabby boots so i am going to get soaked and covered in mud! Then it is lunch time! Pasta, some quick tomato sauce with pork chucked in (left over from Sunday) with a salad. Anyone else obsessed by food?

I love the dark hair, Clare! My hair is a random mishmash of really dark brown strands, reddy brown, white (I seem to have skipped grey) and blonde, which are each lovely individually but all together they make a mousy mess. I've started dying it a semi-permanent chocolate (obsessed!!!) colour every couple of months just to cover up the grey and the last time I saw my hairdresser she practically fell over herself telling me how wonderful it was! I need to do it again but it's having a night in to do it (when I'm not nattering on here...)
Work until 5 tonight and then driving the OH to see his friend Fran who's about 6 months pregnant. She's a lovely person, but one of these people that's just pure chaos and it gets a bit exhausting. The OH was an usher at her wedding in August and he only got the location and found out what he was meant to wear a week before the wedding - cue last minute frantic shopping trip! I was a 'blusher' at another wedding on the same day and I was provided with a personalised clipboard of diagrams, important phone numbers and a to-do list!
I'm excited for your WI tomorrow, Fran! I can't believe Wednesday's rolled round again. Fingers crossed...
I was having my 30g Bran Flakes with a mullerlight for breakfast but I've been doing the 'grab and go' with a piece of fruit and a HiFi bar lately. I have a handbag full of fruit because I forget whether I have any in there and I keep stocking it up in case I need snacks!

Emily i was moaning that I wanted my hair the colour of the new trainee at my hairdressers. My hairdresser then made us stand next to each other so I could see I already had that colour. Doi!
Ok Nate is now stroking my hair with the oven glove after putting butter in it. I think he is sick of me cleaning the kitchen now... I'd have been done if he didn't empty the cupboards!

A Lap-Band is the brand name of the type of gastric band I have - it's weight loss surgery, basically. I lost seven stone, but a lot of that was eating disorder too, so since recovery I've gained five back. Slimming World has been FAB so far!
