It's good but you def develop a resentment towards the incredibly fit girls in the video who don't break a sweat while you've collapsed on the floor trying to stay away from the light at the end of the tunnel!

Don't let your first few weeks worry you I'm only on like week & or something but it wasn't til like four or five that I really got into it, it does take a while!

Wow that's fab! Of course you can! I'm going to America next year I need to be skinny enough to go to all the pool party's with the rock stars at the hard rock hotel I can get fat again after that

Thanks lovely! I went to Florida, it was amazing, it was my first time abroad, and my first time on a plane - loved it! haha! That was one thing I didnt have to worry about in America was my weight, compared to some I was skinny! x
