I'm in! I haven't worn a bikini since I was about 8 mind (I loved the Yellow Polka Dot Bikini song and it was all I wanted for my birthday!)

It'll be great! I'm pasty pale too so I'll make you look doubly good, Jenna!

I wish this cold weather would piss off. I've picked up another cold and it is threatening to become a chest infection. I had one years ago and had to have an inhaler and since cold air has made my chest tighten. But I really want to take Nate and the dog out to the field for a bit. Nate's getting crabby stuck inside now he is better. I've been told we will be getting a heat wave later this year though. So I just need to keep shedding these layers of fat so I'm not a complete sweaty betty and I can enjoy it. I might even get legs that don't reflect the sunlight as I'm making myself go barelegged this summer, when it is warm enough.

What's everyone got going on this weekend? Anyone putting a bet on the grand national?
 
Hi fran, hope your cold does one soon, how annoying.

Does it help to have a scarf round your mouth and nose when out in the cold? My asthma gets worse in the cold and this is one thing I find helps x

Had a lovely long lie in and housework since I woke up. Now can't decide whether to have breakfast or lunch! Was planning a baked potato with beans and cheese for lunch but no cheese till I go shopping. Might have some fruit (haha silly ipad put "grit" here! Yum!) to stave off the rumbles and go shopping while the potato is in the oven...hmm plan I think!

Might do a bet tomorrow, I bet on "always right" last year and that turned out to be wrong! mikes horse died so that didn't go well either, so sad that there is always ones put down :( was reading last night that they have apparently improved the course and jumps so there is less risk of injury to the horses. Lets hope so, seems so barbaric that they die for a sport they don't choose to compete in! Are you betting fran? X

Potato shopping plan sounds good. Mum and dad have sorted out true own lunch because I'm just not hungry :/ love a potato though.

I have seabass and Nate has three for tea. Dad has put the bet on for us, as well as 2 for mum and 3 for himself. They have changed the course. The thing is, much like meat, if it weren't for that purpose the animas wouldn't be bred. The horses are worth so much money that they are really well cared for. Te people working with them adore horses so the last thing any of them wants is an injured horse. I hate whipping. The scandal last year was awful. that jockey should have been beaten!

Jealous of your lie in. Nate is napping now so i cleaned and vacuumed the lounge and kitchen and now just doing more embroidery. I'm really enjoying it. It is very cute.
 
I've got an each way bet on 'treacle' as a little joke as OH often calls me that as a bit of a jokey term of endearment!

And OH and our friend have done an 8 horse bet thingy too, so we may have some winners (fingers crossed!!)

Just fully maximised the unlimited free food rule!! Way too much quiche for lunch, but hasn't had any breakfast so didnt eat until 3.30pm.

2 days in a row I've not eaten til getting on for tea time, don't want to get into this habit!! Tomorrow I will eat normally, at proper times! Xx

Me and oh will be having a bet, we do every year, he bets whenever I let him lol before he moved down to me he used to spend a fair amount of his money betting on horses but now he aint bothered wether he does or doesnt, I let him have a bit for the big races like cheltenham, grand national, ascot etc..

We only ever bet on the grand national. I'm rubbish at betting. Knowing me i will win and lose my ticket. Bless, Christie, it sounds like he gets pocket money.

Quite excited, I might be going up to yorkshire in July. It is my brothers' birthday, and the one who still lives up there is having a joint party and renting out a pub that was behind where I used to live. My brother said he'd love it if we could all go up. It means my friends will be able to meet Nate too as i will imagine we will be up for a few days. We will be seeing my dad's mum and my mum's dad too, I'll have not seen them for 2 years by then so it'll be nice for them to see the baby is now a mental child!

Only my brother and his gf have seen me since I lost weight, and even that is about a stone ago. My grandma and Grandad haven't seen any pictures of me since my biggest. I would LOVE to have my 6 stone award by then (ideally my 6.5 stone) I'd best go do the maths!
 
Ladies I've had a beyond rubbish day and I'm so stressed all I want to do is reach for the Easter egg and cream eggs. Had risotto for tea which I was trying to eat to fill me up but its not worked. Help!

Fran they will all be so proud of. When u see them Allan's you will def have at least ya 6 stone by then ( wow 6 stone!!)

Will have a bet tomorrow the only time in a whole year that I do also usually pretty rubbish I only ever pick by the name or the colours they wear!

Broke up today for a weeks leave, bit weird really as its for poorly dad sitting so can't say I'm really excited but suppose be nice to have a break from work and am going to use the week to reconnect with sw and do some cooking! :)

Take a step back Hun give ya self some space maybe write down why ure stressed and ow else it can be solved without choc. Also go over why your doing this and how far you've come. Get that control back x
