2009 - The Meets so far

Hi,
I have never been to a meeting so just wanted to ask what happens and who organises them? If they are far away do we arrange our own accomodation or do we book somewhere as a group? ta

Its all very casual, whoever suggests it and its their 'home town' tends to get the honour of being organiser but all that entails is really suggesting venues.

Everyone arranges their own accomodation but usually people stay at the same hotel.

I know the Southampton one is the same date as Isobel's hen night in the Toon but for all those for whom travelling to Newcastle is not on the agenda, I have added it on (it is still a meet after all!!!). Hope that's ok. x
