cheers! You'll find it looks like I'm having the same thing over and over again, which in one sense is correct. Rather than saying I've done the chicken with this spice or this herb, I just say chicken. Same goes with the pasta, I add veg or some of the cheese or ham or whatever is going on but I write pasta. I'm going to be going on a meatball binge once I get turkey mince on monday. So I'll be having meatballs with pasta, veg/meatball kebabs, etc etc etc. It will be written down as meatballs so you have to think about what I might be doing with things.
One thing I discovered recently is ice poles. You can basically have 3 for 1 or 1.5 syns which is great. Takes me ages to eat one let alone three. Super low syn treat and I don't feel the need to buy ice cream (plus at £1 per box super cheap too). The other thing I've found is asda's high end range bar of chocolate for £1 and 70% cocoa you only need one square (2.5 syns) as super rich and should keep the cravings away.
