2014 weight loss challenge

Thanks - such a relief - was beginning to think my willpower had disappeared - I can understand u not doing ur diary - I've never fancied the limelight or the pressure (yes I'm a chicken!) but are u doing ok eating wise? Take carexx

Apart from a couple of nights earlier in the week I'm having a good one. Even turned down a pizza hut tea last night so hoping I will be rewarded on the scales on Tuesday ;)

Are you going to be doing F&H or pp when you start ww, or a mixture of both?

Wow well done on saying no to Pizza Hut - it's hard to get a light meal there isn't it? So great willpower!!

Not sure what I'll be doing on WW - I'm going to class on Tues - not done WW for ages so it'll all be new to me - not sure what F&H or pp is - do u have any tips? I guess it's very different to SW? But I'm hoping the change will do me good xx

I'm sure it will. Think positive and stay strong and when you see the number on the scales go down it will give you an extra boost of motivation I'm sure :D I'm doing ok. Got off to a shaky start this week as had a gain even though i was on plan 100% basically so was a bit pi**ed off and ended up having the whole weekend eating what I wanted. But pulled it back on tuesday so hoping I at least sts or lose this week. xxx

I'm no expert on ww as I've only been doing it since Feb but I think if you go to class they ask you to do F&H (filling and healthy) for one week to start you off then it's up to you. Two of my friends did it last week and apparently F&H is a little like SW in that you have a list of free foods you can have with just 2pp (propoints) per day for a snack. Wouldn't suit me haha but you might find it fine. I love propoints, everyone has a different daily amount to use depending on age, height, weight, activity level etc but then you have the 49 weekly propoints as well which are amazing to have as you can either use them over the seven days or save them all up for special treats at the weekend. They really do make a lot of difference! Not sure I have explained all that properly or if it makes any sense but you will get all the info when you go. Anything you want to know just ask and I'll help if I can plus there are lots of more knowledgeable members on here who are on ww too :)

Thanks - that was a good explanation - don't put urself down!! Mmmm F&H sounds like a challenge with only 2 pp perhaps I cd save them up and have a treat :rolleyes: but will give it a try - I've had too many days messing about - wd love to see a loss some time soon - but still don't know what the gain is yet LOL!! thx againxx

Well done bubble.

I've got a feeling my diet is going to be on the sideline for a week or two, as my husband is on his way home from Afghan after just short of 8 months, feel like I've been holding my breath for 8 months without even realising it, we've lost five friends to that hell hole over the years and two very close friends lost limbs so its always in the back of your mind what can happen out there, so I have a feeling a lot of alcohol will be consumed over the next couple of weeks, lots of days out and probably quite a big of bad eating, he has already told me he wants a kebab for his first dinner lol but I think we've earned it!
