I'm no expert on ww as I've only been doing it since Feb but I think if you go to class they ask you to do F&H (filling and healthy) for one week to start you off then it's up to you. Two of my friends did it last week and apparently F&H is a little like SW in that you have a list of free foods you can have with just 2pp (propoints) per day for a snack. Wouldn't suit me haha but you might find it fine. I love propoints, everyone has a different daily amount to use depending on age, height, weight, activity level etc but then you have the 49 weekly propoints as well which are amazing to have as you can either use them over the seven days or save them all up for special treats at the weekend. They really do make a lot of difference! Not sure I have explained all that properly or if it makes any sense but you will get all the info when you go.
