Yes I think I have - silly me - yes mine is still the same cos I had sts this week - thanks for pointing that out - must be more careful in future or steer clear LOL!! Hope ur having a good day?

Yeah it's rubbish when you think where you could be now if you hadn't faffed around so much(when I say you I mean people in general,not you in particular lol)Hi - Updated for u and I've updated my gain last week too - not a nice feeling is it - but hopefully we'll be posting losses soon. I think whilst we're coming here - that's a positive thing. I went to WW for the first time in years today - seems strange not to be doing SW - but there again I haven't been DOING SW while I've been messing about have I? Take carexx
thanks - I've just updated my details - saying I'm going to mix WW with SW and cal counting - think I've been getting a bit too familiar with SW then messing about - will also try cal counting - desperate attempts at getting this last lot off after messing about the last few weeks and gaining - cdn't face scales till I'd had a few 'good' days - then scales said 5lbs up - I was 6lbs away from target - now 11llbs so not a complete car crash!!

I'm (as of today) back to good old WW ! It def works best for me. I thought cal counting might be good for me but I'm getting concerned about how much sugar and fat I'm consuming ! I'm now 11.4 when I wanted to be 10 by now ! My starting weight on here in JAN was 11.5 so I've lost ONE pound now !! FFS! What an idiot I am. Not going to dwell. I've kicked my arse. Best I can hope for now is to eat well for the remaining 1.5 weeks till my hols so I feel less bloated etc. I'm STILL ONE STONE SIX down from last year so alls not bad lol. I'm now determined I will be at goal for my birthday in November or hopefully before that !!

Maybe the shake up of diet will help get you in the right track again.i find that I'm still not making it through one day on plan,I think this is because I'm not organised enough and don't have the proper food in so it's easy to reach for a takeaway etc,but I feel physically rubbish when I eat like that,so dunno why I do it! I wouldn't dream of putting diesel in my petrol car so I don't know why I continue to put the wrong fuel in my body,esp since I can buy another car but I can't get another me!
