Hi Upndown, think at the end of your first week, you get your 49 weekly points every week, you can either use them throughout the week or save them all up and use them, say, at weekends, like I do. You don't have to use all of them if you don't want to but some say that they lose more if they use more lol! They can't be carried over to the next week though.
Also at the end of your first week, you can either stay on filling and healthy or change to daily propoints. You are supposed to use all daily pp (when you're on a pp day) and cannot carry them over from one day to the next. You can also be on F&H one day, pp the next. Have you been told how many daily pp you will be able to have or will that be on Tuesday when you go again maybe? xx
