Going to be reporting a big gain if the sneak peek is anything to go by. Did a bit too much valentines celebrating last weekend with big meal, chocs and cookies. Been good all week but still showing I am back up.

Add to that I normally avoid eating after 7pm and tomorrow evening at 7pm we have a big works meal....Argh!

Hopefully shed any gain next week as no reason to go off track again.

Yes hope u can lose any gain next week - you've been doing well - so u may lose thos week! I've had a few days in London with hubby this week was on plan about half of the time and enjoyed myself the remainder! Rejoining SW next Tues - hoping that will help to speed up my losses! Good luck with WI!xx

It's been with a little bit of cooking,little bit of juicing and little bit of eating out.im going out for dinner tonight,really need to lose 2.5 per week for next two weeks to win one of my diet bets so need to crank it up a notch but trying to strike a balance between losing weight and living!

Going to try making spag Bol at the weekend from scratch (not the pasta obv lol).oh makes really good spag Bol so I have that to compete with lol

How are you getting on?have u tried any of the slimming world ready meals or is that now your cup of tea?

I'm ok thx - just had a fab 4 days in London with hubby and surprised myself by having 2 good days and 2 not so good ones - but as u say we need to enjoy life! I found that when I didn't juice for s few days my mood got really low so I think it's one of those things that il have to do forever,not just juice obv but at least once a day.

Glad you enjoyed London, and well done on the two good days! Are you looking forward to rejoining sw? Ive only ever been to ww classes, do you enjoy them?

Not sure if I'll enjoy the classes - depends on the consultant & the ppl in the group! But in a funny way I will enjoy the disciplineof weekly WI by someone - I'll feel accountable somehow! xx

Delighted with my loss this week. Was down 3.8 lb. counted everything in my fitness pal and made my own soup for lunch. Beaming from ear to ear now this morning.
 
Checked weight this morning to see what damage tonight's meal makes and I am 2.4lb's up again...DOH!

Too much valentines food & choc and pancakes on Tuesday.

Going to get this weekend out the way (Fri-Sat as meal tonight and out with MIL tomorrow) then be really strict again in hopes I can get most if not all off in the first week being 100% again.
 
1.5lbs off this week :)

That takes me to 10% of my body weight lost this year :D Very happy with that

I have had a terrible week, work has been stressful and I know it's making me snack and I've also not managed to get to the gym. Not looking forward to the WI.

Trying hard to motivate again but just feel rubbish

It is hard week in week out! Would it be worth writing down (for ur eyes only) why u want to lose weight - and perhapsva for and against list for doing so? Think u have a wedding coming up for one motivator? How about changing ur food around? Hope ur mojo returns soon!

I know it's really difficult to get back on track after a tough week, but the sooner you try the better you feel in my experience.
One thing I sometimes do to help with snacking is to check if I genuinely want it. If I fancy a snack, the first thing I have to eat is something healthy, an apple for example. If I don't want the apple then I'm not hungry enough for a snack, if I eat the apple and I'm still hungry then I can have something different too.
I hope that makes sense, it does in my head but I feel I've explained poorly lol.

Terrible week or so, ended up really slipping and I'm back to 13st 12lbs .... Gain of nearly half a stone :( so so disappointed
