2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Yeah seems to do the trick as all the loss so far has been through calorie counting since mid-January. I am supposed to eat 1220 but I allow myself to go to 1300-1400 if really hungry and not feel too guilty about it. After all, women are meant to have about 2000 a day :)

Do you ever have 'cheat' meals that are planned or do you just take it as it comes ?
 
Just as it comes really. Usually decide on evening meal in mornings then fit in snacks with whatever is left. I only go over if I am having a hungry day and so have a couple more low cal snacks to keep me going.

Keep being bad at weekend with choc though.

Hence why I reckon this week will be unlikely to be a loss and hopefully a standstill lol

Yup, although I don't think I will be tomorrow as we went a little overboard last weekend and I had a gain bigger than the last loss.

Be happy with a standstill though as I have been good all week. Obviously anything else will not be expecting so will be a nice surprise if a miracle happens! lol

Good luck for WI! Well I'd be delighted if I'd done as well as u - whatever happens this week you've had a fab 3 months to kick off 2015! It's inspiring me - so will try hard for the rest of my week (WI day - Tues) need to try much harder!
 
My hormones are driving me mad. I am an emotional car crash. Got upset today because OH said he didn't want mackerel for lunch tomorrow!

Sooner this time of the month passes the better. Rather than sit here miserable I treated myself to some fruit pastels and will work extra hard in the gym this weekend before Sunday WI.
 
I think being naughty at weekends and having a small kitkat each day is keeping me on track the rest of the time as I don't feel like I am giving up choc hehe

I've been eating 200g bars of dairy milk or a small easter egg lol *smacks self on back of hand*

Oh I can't wait for Easter Sunday and chocolate!
 
Me neither...shaped food is so much more fun to eat! lol

I have a huge box of milk tray to take home tonight as well, only been in this job 8 months and I have taken home 9 boxes from other members of staff as thank you's for doing things for departments lol

That's so lovely im glad you are happy in that job :)

I love Freddos and the thin dairy milks but I don't have the self control to not eat loads! Debating whether or not I should start a treat box in my house, we don't usually keep nice things as we can't be trusted!

Same here - a treat box here would guarantee here wd guarantee weekly gains and as you know my progress isn't great without one!!xx

Gosh u've got tons more willpower than me - I'd have scoffed those chocs b4 I got home! But fab that your colleagues appreciate your help - much better than the last place! x
