With regards the holiday, I'd look at somewhere like Turkey, Tunisia, costa del sol or canary islands. They are all going to be still open and have a nice temperature to happy medium between sunbathing and the kiddies enjoying themselves without getting worked up and adjitated in the sunshine xx
